Element: Dark Release
Skill: Kekkei Genkai, Fuinjutsu
Classification: Kekkei Genkai
Requirements: Requires "Inhaling Maw", KKG Exclusive
Parent Technique: Dark Release: Inhaling Maw
Hand Seals: Unknown
Description:
After unlocking the Dark Release of the Mikiri Clan's bloodline limit, the clansman can absorb chakra from his/her enemies. Eventually, the body will catalyze this chakra and use it as its own; eliminating this stockpile. The Mikiri Clan devised an intricate tattooing method to compartmentalize absorbed chakra. Designs vary by clansmen.
Stemming from the Clansman's Kama, a "Sealing Sleeve" of fuin-script spiders up the back of the hand, and wraps around the forearm and to the shoulder. Some clansmen have customized their Sealing Sleeve with various designs and incorporated additional Fuinjutsu into it. How the sleeve functions is a closely guarded secret within the Mikiri Clan, but it certainly comes from generations of studying their Kekkei Genkai.
When a Clansmen absorbs chakra with Inhaling Maw or Singularity, chakra is gathered into the Kama on their palm. This chakra can be stored separately using the Sealing Sleeve The capacity of the seal is identical to the total Stamina of the user (ex. 100 Stamina = 100 cost). In other words, the Sealing Sleeve can only store techniques according to what their body can handle. The stored chakra cannot exceed their total.
Once a technique is absorbed, the Mikiri can draw on the Mikiri Yengishiki to release the technique as flawlessly as if it were their own. These techniques can be stored for later use in battle and threads. The player is responsible for tracking the amount of chakra absorbed, and expended. Per Inhaling Maw rules, this chakra can also be used to restore their own; sacrificing the absorbed technique in the process. Absorbing the element grants temporary mastery over it, but does not unlock the element permanently.
Application: The Mikiri Yengishiki can be applied by another as sealing ink, applied via chakra ink, or etched into the skin using a tattooing technique. At its most macabre, the Engraving Technique (C-rank) can be used to produce a scarification-effect, and permanently embed it into the skin.
As a highly secretive clan, the Mikiri have also devised a Sealing Scroll that will apply the seal to the forearm. Visit the Mikiri Clan District with a Sealing Scroll (2 max. at a time), to have the Mikiri Yengishiki reapplied by an NPC (your choosing). Depending on how it is enscribed, the Mikiri Yengishiki can be washed off (Ink) in water. Chakra Ink requires a form of upkeep in battle, in order to maintain its structure. Tattooing the mark is considered to be the most effective option. Engraving the seal onto one's flesh using the Engraving Technique has only been observed in the Jashinist religion.

Requires Inhaling Maw to be accessed (A-rank, 750 exp.) Can only absorb the Five Elements (Earth, Wind, Water, Lightning, Fire). Can only absorb an opponent equal to, or less than, the user's total stamina. This cannot be exceeded. Cannot be applied to Non-Mikiri Sealing techniques to improve them (ex. "Five Elements Seal").

Activation Cost: D (Inhaling Maw)

Range: 1km

Element: Dark
Skill: Ninjutsu
Classification: Supplementary
Requirements: Dark Release: Inhaling Maw, Dark Release:Judgement
Parent Technique: Inhaling Maw, Judgement, Shadow Clone Technique
Hand Seals: Ram, Horse, Clone Seal (Judgement: Horse)
Description: A variation of the Shadow Clone technique, developed by the Mikiri Clan. After absorbing the opponent's chakra, using Dark Release: Inhaling Maw and Dark Release: Judgement, the Mikiri clansmen produces a clone of the opponent. By using the opponent's chakra as a medium, the clone is constructed bearing all of their physical characteristics, with a Stamina pool equal to the rank of the absorbed technique. This clone would more aptly be called a "Servant Technique", as it impersonates a life-like replica of the enemy.
Servants are created by the Mikiri to psychologically unnerve their opponents, infiltrate secure areas, and gather intelligence. A Servant is at the full command of the caster, but unlike a standard clone, fully replicates the opponent. When the Servant is destroyed, or released, it will release an explosive "Judgement" flame equal to the rank of the absorbed technique used to produce the clone. Inflict B-rank psychological damage to the opponent when their clone is destroyed-- per the information recall ability of the Shadow Clone technique.
This technique follows all standard Shadow Clone rules for guidance: "The Shadow Clone technique creates replicas of the user, similar to the Clone Technique, but these clones are corporeal instead of illusions. Clones spawn next to the user. The clones are capable of performing techniques, including the Shadow Clone Technique itself, on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force. The clones can also disperse on their own or be dispelled by the user of the technique. This technique splits the user's chakra equally amongst however many clones they create. Once a clone disperses all of the knowledge it has gained is transferred to the user."
Weaknesses: Per Shadow Clone Rules: "In addition, the user must maintain general concentration to maintain their clone's presence. If at any time the user is inflicted with heavy damage in contrast with their Constitution all clones will be dispersed."
When a Servant is produced, there are a few stipulations observed by the Mikiri:
- The Servant technique cannot be paired with memory extraction techniques; similar to how clones affected by Genjutsu will compartmentalize the technique. In other words, the clone cannot be used to forcefully release sensitive intelligence.
- However, when prompted, a Servant will betray the location and intentions of the original, as the chakra is linked to the original; acting as an "Evil Twin".
- The Servant can be used as an escort into sensitive areas, or gather intelligence, but if the information would be known by the Original, the Servant will not willingly divulge it (ex. Exclusives, Village locations).
- Servants can be constructed from chakra stored via Inhaling Maw/Singularity, including in out of combat scenarios, but only if this chakra has been stored separately and not absorbed by the user.
