    Feedback would be appreciated on the Prayer for Evil Spirits; its supposed to be the storage option for the Clan once a technique has been absorbed. It uses Inhaling Maw/Singularity as its base.

These techniques can be stored for later use in battle and threads. The player is responsible for tracking the amount of chakra absorbed, and expended. Per Inhaling Maw rules, this chakra can also be used to restore their own; sacrificing the absorbed technique in the process. Absorbing the element grants temporary mastery over it, but does not unlock the element permanently.

    Application: The Mikiri Yengishiki can be applied by another as sealing ink, applied via chakra ink, or etched into the skin using a tattooing technique. At its most macabre, the Engraving Technique (C-rank) can be used to produce a scarification-effect, and permanently embed it into the skin.

    As a highly secretive clan, the Mikiri have also devised a Sealing Scroll that will apply the seal to the forearm. Visit the Mikiri Clan District with a Sealing Scroll (2 max. at a time), to have the Mikiri Yengishiki reapplied by an NPC (your choosing). Depending on how it is enscribed, the Mikiri Yengishiki can be washed off (Ink) in water. Chakra Ink requires a form of upkeep in battle, in order to maintain its structure. By using the opponent's chakra as a medium, the clone is constructed bearing all of their physical characteristics, with a Stamina pool equal to the rank of the absorbed technique. This clone would more aptly be called a "Servant Technique", as it impersonates a life-like replica of the enemy.

    Servants are created by the Mikiri to psychologically unnerve their opponents, infiltrate secure areas, and gather intelligence. A Servant is at the full command of the caster, but unlike a standard clone, fully replicates the opponent. When the Servant is destroyed, or released, it will release an explosive "Judgement" flame equal to the rank of the absorbed technique used to produce the clone. Inflict B-rank psychological damage to the opponent when their clone is destroyed-- per the information recall ability of the Shadow Clone technique.

    This technique follows all standard Shadow Clone rules for guidance: "The Shadow Clone technique creates replicas of the user, similar to the Clone Technique, but these clones are corporeal instead of illusions. Clones spawn next to the user. The clones are capable of performing techniques, including the Shadow Clone Technique itself, on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force. The clones can also disperse on their own or be dispelled by the user of the technique. This technique splits the user's chakra equally amongst however many clones they create. Once a clone disperses all of the knowledge it has gained is transferred to the user."

    Weaknesses: Per Shadow Clone Rules: "In addition, the user must maintain general concentration to maintain their clone's presence. If at any time the user is inflicted with heavy damage in contrast with their Constitution all clones will be dispersed."

    When a Servant is produced, there are a few stipulations observed by the Mikiri:

    - The Servant technique cannot be paired with memory extraction techniques; similar to how clones affected by Genjutsu will compartmentalize the technique. In other words, the clone cannot be used to forcefully release sensitive intelligence.
    - However, when prompted, a Servant will betray the location and intentions of the original, as the chakra is linked to the original; acting as an "Evil Twin".
    - The Servant can be used as an escort into sensitive areas, or gather intelligence, but if the information would be known by the Original, the Servant will not willingly divulge it (ex. Exclusives, Village locations).
    - Servants can be constructed from chakra stored via Inhaling Maw/Singularity, including in out of combat scenarios, but only if this chakra has been stored separately and not absorbed by the user.

    My obvious and biggest gripe with this technique is that it abridges the rule about not indefinitely storing techniques after you've absorbed them. This will probably need a large experience cost and some kind of drawback or limitation or some other requirement for you to be able to do this. As it exists, it just allows you to circumvent the rule.

    Alright.

    Then I should be able to do this, without any experience costs via normal Fuinjutsu. Reasoning being, is that this is a basic function of Sealing techniques; 1) I can store elemental techniques (Ex. Fire Sealing Technique, B-rank).
    2) Normal Sealing techniques already allow for the redeployment of elements; The Mikiri have just applied their Bloodline Limit to it, with a pre-existing set of experience costs and skill-points. 3) Techniques, items, organs, etc. can already be sealed, and taken from topic to topic via normal Fuinjutsu.

    As a reminder, additional experience points should not be necessary.  At this stage, a Mikiri will have already invested 1 Skill Point for Lightning, 1 Skill Point for Ninjutsu, 1 Skill Point for Fuinjutsu. Additionally, a Mikiri will also spend at least 750 Experience Points. In straight Experience points (1SP= 500 Exp), this totals to 2,250 Experience points

    The biggest thing against it, however, is that the Mikiri specifically state they can't store absorbed jutsu from thread to thread.
    Normal seals are restricted to sealing 1 live jutsu every 5 posts, if I'm recalling correctly.
    This would be attempting to circumvent not only your clan rules (Dark release cannot store from thread to thread), but also the sealing rules themselves (using Dark Release to store however much you want whenever you want).
    It's also a potential secondary chakra pool for you if you can just preabsorb before going into a fight and then fully replenish your stock of chakra by reabsorbing immediately.
    For the sake of balance, as it is right now it would be denied. Perhaps it would be a different story as a Restricted, but as a normal jutsu, no.

    In addition to these techniques, I would like to recommend/suggest a trait be added to Storm Release, for clarification and simplicity. In the anime, the Storm lasers are shown bending and flowing like water. The techniques are consistently (outside of the storm clouds) are depicted as being lasers, described as lasers, and are named as "lasers". I was recommended to "app a technique" for the heat produced by lasers, but it seems excessive.

    I recommend the following be added to its description to explain the Energy Beam and Cloud generation:

    Energy produced by Storm Release techniques produce intense heat (generic katon equivalent), as a byproduct of Lightning and Water element fusion. This same mechanism allows Storm Release directed-energy attacks to pierce/slice through solid objects, produce intense light, and generate thunderclouds.

    Too many benefits. Compared to its rank and power, its got lowered cost, lowered hand seals, heightened speed, equal coord manipulation speed of multiple "whips", and decreases quality of items it strikes. You'll need to add more weaknesses, or remove benefits.

Inflicts a -1 Tier Debuff to Material Quality/Constitution, due to the intense heat emitted by the energy.

    Weaknesses: Opponents can brace against "Blind Animal" with Wind Release of B-rank or higher; dispersing the energy around themselves. Requires the user to be standing in place.

    * This is named for the "unnamed technique" Hiruko uses to destroy the temple in Naruto Shippuden: Will of Fire"
    Similar to the above technique's issues. Why is the cost lower, the speed higher, and it has a debuff to material?

    Increase activation cost, and you didn't put any hand seals on this at all.

    For "Demon Dragon Storm":
    It's speed as listed is A. I don't know where you get that it's slower than that and can be easily outrun.
    It isn't an attacking jutsu either, so I don't know why you mention that someone could outrun it, it's used as a mobile staging ground for other techniques and as a defensive measure.
    The size is completely fine as well. It absorbs chakra, which means it's more or less a field of anti-chakra for a while, which is powerful as a defensive and supplementary jutsu.
