Description: The user of this technique, after doing the proper hand signs, opens their mouth releasing a hundred glowing blue orbs from their mouth or their palms. The blue orbs are small and resemble the light on a firefly, which is where it gets its name. The orbs are actually formed of water and then charged with electricity, meaning contact with them feels as though the target is being burned by a small object.
Weaknesses: The orbs can be launched either as a condensed cluster or a heavily spread out swarm, but cannot be controlled individually so avoiding them may not prove too difficult.
