Your five starter jutsu must be jutsu you can learn at base. At D-Rank Genin, which is what you start as, you can only learn C-Rank and lower jutsu. Thus you cannot learn B-Rank jutsu with your freebies.

My bad I was told I could due to my intelligence, I was misinformed.

Am dumb want UAs thought you registered more at B rank not rework at B rank so I'd like to add some while I'm still in grace period.

Big Boost - One tier increase to Cordination.

Sealless Genjutsu Kai - Double the handsigns for Ijutsu B rank and below.

Good Spending - Raw Materials

Quick Hands - Reduce Chem crafting time by one tier but increase the ryo cost by one tier.

Double the Fun - Two enchantments on one item at one tier higher in cost.

Time and Time Again - When using Ijutsu to perform surgeries Jess will give a +5 to the dice roll if it is a KKG she helped implant before but the weakness is this does not apply if she was not the main physician and she will give a -5 to assisting on KKG she is not aware of the first time. Studying a corpse or assisting a surgery or performing life saving operations on a KKG member will allow for the bonus.

Oof Owie My Bones - Jess' fuuinjutsu require a jutsu of similar rank to destroy the seal. Mundane means will not destroy them. As such they all have 1.5x the activation cost.

- "Big Boost" You only get one Clanless Freebie UA, which yours was the no hand seals for medical jutsu. If you want to swap this out for a different one in your grace period you can, but you didn't say that, so you can't get the "Big Boost" UA.

-"Sealless Genjutsu Kai" I would say no to this because the drawback isn't related to the benefit at all here. If you were to, for example, make the Kai more expensive in terms of chakra cost, that might be fine. Also, you have the Sealess Medical Ninjutsu perk so...
