Mission Goal: Remove of the graffiti from the Hokage Rock monument.
Description: Some children have seen fit to deface the Hokage Rock with paint depicting crude pictures and choice words. Mr. Eguchi cares deeply for the history of the village and wishes the paint to be removed, as well as any other graffiti found near the Hokage Rock. If you happen across the children responsible, you may reprimand them with care.

Her final mission of the day was to scrub down the Hokage monument. Kids who had decided that it would be fun to paint the monument with garish designs had left their handiwork upon the structure and a genin was tasked with scrubbing it down. She’d been given lots of rope, soap, and brushes. In the expectation that she’d wear one or two down before completing the job. This was something she wasn’t looking forward to, but it was one of the few missions left and the mission involving guarding a Jazz Club had already been picked up by another genin. Which left her to handle this one. On the plus side, if she was able to catch the kids who tagged up the monument she was authorized to reprimand them with care. She had the perfect punishment for them if they were in fact stupid enough to try something.
As she reached the top of the monument, she heard the telltale noise of a can of spray paint being shaken up. Furrowing her brows she turned toward the noise and moved toward it to go behind some bushes and see a group of kids practicing on cardboard boxes. “We gotta make sure it’ll look good when we put it on the monument.” One said as he snickered. “We have to make the thing look as ridiculous as possible.” He would say before the clearing of Akari’s throat made him jump out of his skin and he turned toward her. Yes, she knew exactly how this would end..
In the end she went home, having not had to scrub a single bit of paint from the monument. Instead she’d played taskmaster to the children who had been kind enough to ‘offer’ to clean up their mess. They had spent the majority of the day scrubbing sullenly and she sent them home afterwards to ensure the job was done properly. Finding it was she left, content that today had been simpler than expected and that she hadn’t had to spend it scrubbing paint after all.
