Degenerate Otsutsuki: Nikoban, by mere virtue of his Otsutsuki heritage, has a significant advantage when it comes to the natural progression of his Byakugan. Even though he would be considered degenerate by Otsutsuki standards, this is closer to the source of the Byakugan than the many times descended Hyuga. As a result of this Nikoban begins with five hundred additional experience, which must be paid back immediately before any other experience can be gained.

Gentle Fist Expert I: Nikoban, after years of practicing in the Gentle Fist fighting style, is considered extremely proficient in its use. Using taijutsu styles or techniques related to the Gentle Fist style or the Byakugan require one rank less chakra, while using taijutsu styles or techniques that aren't related to the Gentle Fist style or the Byakugan require one rank more chakra

Gentle Fist Expert II: Due to an especially brutal way of using the gentle fist inherited from his Otsutsuki ancestors, Nikoban is able to increase the damage done by his Gentle Fist fighting style. The Gentle Fist fighting style has a chakra cost one rank higher than normal for Nikoban, but the internal damage caused by it is increased by one rank as well.

Gentle Fist Expert III: Nikoban, as an Otsutsuki rather than a Hyūga, is able to tap into a more pure and refined version of the Gentle Fist. Through first toggling on with five chakra, Nikoban can decrease his strength by one tier but also decrease an opponent's coordination by one tier when he is targeting them with Gentle Fist, making it more difficult for them to respond.

Gentle Fist Expert IV: Nikoban, as an Otsutsuki rather than a Hyūga, is able to tap into a more pure and refined version of the Gentle Fist. Through first toggling on with five chakra, Nikoban can decrease his strength by one tier but also decrease all opponent's perception by one tier for the purpose of tracking his movements while he is using the Gentle Fist style, making it more difficult for them to respond.

Otsutsuki Traits I: Nikoban, as a result of his Otsutsuki heritage, is able to suspend his own breathing in a similar way that other members of the clan are. He can, by spending five chakra, remove his need to breathe entirely. This comes with the drawback of decreasing his stamina by a full tier, although this stamina returns to him when the ability is toggled off and he needs to breathe again.

Otsutsuki Traits II: Nikoban is capable of draining chakra from others as a natural consequence of his Otsutsuki bloodline. This UA allows him to app techniques that can drain chakra, although those techniques leave him more open to receiving damage from chakra as well.

Without using techniques, he can choose to drain 5 chakra from someone by making physical contact with them using his forearms or hands, although he has to consciously do so. This is able to be used through gloves and clothes, but does not extend to other tools or weapons.

Every time he makes contact, he can draw out chakra from a person (capped at 15 per person per post) or 15 chakra per person if he sustains contact the entire post. However, doing so opens Nikoban up to increased damage (+1 rank of damage) from tangible chakra techniques for the rest of the post round. This is all elemental jutsu, and all attacks with tangible chakra, such as Chakra Flow and other such techniques. The amount that this UA allows for non technique absorption in a thread is capped at half of Nikoban's base stamina cap, even if taken from multiple different people. This can not set her over his maximum pool of chakra either.
