In this case, the user can boost the target's Speed as well, and they can whack people with the body to use it's Strength. If the target can move itself, it's Strength can be used for lifting it. Both hands are needed for lifting if both users are below B-rank Strength, one hand is needed at B-rank Strength. For large creatures, both hands are needed for lifting at B-rank Strength, one hand is needed at A-rank Strength. If the original user doesn't have B-rank Strength, they can't lift large creatures.

    The second circumstance it can be used is when in contact with a living target, borrowing their help. Continually wrestling the target, or hitting off it for a bouncy escape that needs to maintain a run. Wrestling can be considered hitting, as long as the hitting aims to adjust on the target's body, like sliding a fist or arm.

    Weaknesses: Reliant on external help. Speed is inconsistent when hitting, unless the user decides to retreat when the enemy does.

    Boosts can't conditionally boost the user's Speed or Target's Speed, pick one.

    Is 2 tiers the hard cap even with drawbacks?

    The second technique is meant to be like

    and others like those that give boosts to 2+ targets without being a cooperation jutsu

    For unconsciousness, I mean sort of in terms of like a wakefulness drug that dulls your pain. There's an A-rank medical ninjutsu that prevents some fatal wounds, this technique is meant for surviving to activate it. Is it passable if the unconsciousness negation needs to be paired with a healing technique or Constitution? The prerequisite would be that genjutsu damage needs to be healed first too.

    2. Boosts don't exist in canon, it's purely a game mechanic and thus will have them confirm to the rules.
    3. Dulling pain is fine but after a certain amount of damage (ie bleeding out) you will go unconscious.


    I don't understand the meaning of the second sentence in the third technique.

    Last tech is a Genjutsu but has no trigger and it grants a random chakra reduction. Both are not features are not approveable

    The third technique is like swinging someone to hit someone else.

    Strength is the application of force generated by one's muscles. A PC corpse while previously having a useable Str stat will not have one after it dies. Additionally even if it were alive the bear fact that it poses strength is not sufficient enough to generate it by swinging the body. For example, tossing Mike Tyson at someone will not necessarily do as much or greater damage than Mike Tyson's punch.

    Same problem after a certain amount of damage is incurred unconscious will result. I understand healing can make it harder to incur such damage but it cannot nullify that possibility full stop so this technique is still denied.

    Body Revival, Paralyzing Flute debuff, Dance of the Crescent Moon, Iaido, Lightweights, Hidden Lotus. The stat topic implies drawbacks increase the cap

    Is that how strength works? Tsunade created fissures with their finger, and there's martial arts like Thousand Years of Death. The redirection of force and a counter in boxing can use someone else's strength. Outside of that, I'm planning to use Dead Soul Technique

    How much medical ninjutsu can keep someone awake per each rank. Explicit X-rank effects bypass for a S-rank. It's not like death and maims are prevented just by staying awake. Fuinjutsu and genjutsu can create unconsciousness, but that's damage. What limit do you suggest?

    All of those except for Body Revival are Exclusives which allow them more leeway. Body Revival will be re-examined and drawbacks in theory might be fine but they have to be pretty severe drawbacks. As it is now, denied.

    Description: A genjutsu affecting a touched target or oneself is sealed, if it can be noticed. The seal is drawn in the innards of the user, representing the genjutsu in varied appearance. When the user desires, they can unseal the genjutsu on a target in it's range.

    Following the rules, there's a 5 post cooldown before this jutsu can be used again. The jutsu's cost is equal to the base cost of the genjutsu being sealed.

    Weaknesses: The jutsu doesn't work on dojutsu, unless the dojutsu is casting normal genjutsu.

    The last jutsu seals a genjutsu and unseals it, like if the user was affected by a genjutsu.

    So the user has sealed inside their body Genjutsu that has been cast on them and no other Genjutsu?

    Description: The user numbs the body in localized areas while active. Pain is controlled, and unconsciousness is prevented, this technique being maintained unless chakra is sealed. Moving off of chakra, only physically binding the user will stop them from moving. An A-rank healing ijutsu needs to be used too while active.

    • Unconsciousness by up to S-rank tier damage is prevented, or offensive effects.
    • Fuinjutsu and genjutsu can't have their unconsciousness effects resisted with this jutsu.

    Weaknesses: Healing is still required. If the entire body is damaged, the user becomes more susceptible to Genjutsu.

    This hasn't been appropriately edited. All of my comments remain the same. With the addition that the inability to stop the person from moving without phyiscal restraints is overbroad, out of left field, and doesn't seem to connect to the rest of the technique.
