    Remove the crossout. I'm confused as to why this is classified as a res tech. Knowledge of cursed seals isn't a Restricted are you claiming that turning down the Hydra Sage Mode ought entitle you to a Custom Restricted Technique?

    Cursed Seals have a modified roll. Pick a number out of 10, if you get it you live and if you don't you simply die. PC Sage bloodlines such as Kaguya or Uchiha can pick 9 numbers. The user's Cursed Seals can't have their odds increase ever. Cursed Seals under S-rank can pick option 10 or 2-3 to avoid death in the Cursed Seal rules. Upon waking up, State 1 can be used for one topic without XP. The Nature Chakra Pool can be used to replace chakra and pay full costs such as for jutsu.

    Custom lower-ranked seals can be used to worsen or improve genetic flaws, when approved. NPC Cursed Seals can only be applied to equal rank NPC.

    *^ I don't unerstand this and it seems to contravene the Cursed Seal rules.

    Yeah it's based off Orochimaru's Juinjutsu as a Restricted

    The modified roll is based off 1/10 chances of surviving, with a bonus for clans such as Kaguya and Uchiha

    The State 1 use is similar to Sasuke. Genetic flaws is for the Iburi Clan and others.

    The base Cursed Seal rules are: roll up to 75 for D-rank seals, hopefully 5 times, and then have unlimited S-rank seals. Reapplication doesn't look impossible, and shouldn't be as that could leave someone stuck with a lower rank seal.

    It shouldn't take up your Restricted Technique slot though unless you intend for it to be stronger than usual. That would be fine normally but I don't think you've done enough to earn a Custom Restricted yet. So just make this a regular technique for now.

    I'd want this to be out of the norms, for my char, and to take up a slot. I'm mainly looking to just have Orochimaru's Juinjutsu, and to make any edits needed in one go. If I can have all the effects without a Restricted, that's great; if not, I want to know upfront the edits.

    I've been active almost 5 months, it's a bit much to expect a year or 2 of developing just for something you'd wanted at the start. Trading Sage Mode for this isn't an equal trade, and no one else has tried for Cursed Seals for creativity.

    There's no power-grab by attacking people, word count, or class requirement. What do I need to prove to you that a new member of months can have a Restricted?

    Boruto: The user can store the enzyme in someone or containers, for a delayed use. <- Remove this sentence. I suggest apping this as a separate technique.

    Cannot be cleansed or removed by any external means, not even the user can cancel it. Cursed Seals cannot be analyzed or tampered with in any way, Evil Sealing Method only suppresses <- This sounds extremely OP. I agree that the traditional sealing unraveling rules in the Fuuinjutsu Sklill should not be able to removed the Cursed Seal but this language suggests that it can never be removed by anyone including those with intimate knowledge of the seal. That's OP and non canonical.


    All Cursed Seals are an automatic backup of the user's living state. When the user's physical body dies, they can revive through any of their Cursed Seals on a PC <- Too powerful and I think this is connected to the Snake Sage. Remove this clause and anything related to it.

    The Entity slot is for the case someone already has an ES, which means they'd still have a slot open through an Entity down-trade

    Orochimaru isn't a snake sage, he revived through Anko's seal

    To stress again, the jutsu is meant to be powerful, so I'll revisit when I deserve a Restricted. The drawback to not learn Sage Mode is how Orochimaru can't, which is how the CS rules look to be modeled after

    Description: By taking this Enhanced State, an Otsutsuki becomes a different kind of Otsutsuki, and this replaces their Otsutsuki Enhanced State permanently.

    An Otsutsuki with Karma doesn't have any traits of the base clan unless noted here. They don't need to breathe, can still use Black Receivers, and have a +1 tier buff to Stamina. Instead of Rinnegan, an Otsutsuki has Byakugan and flight. For a cost of 1,000 experience, Chakra Suppression can be used as a passive effect without Sensory and which allows performing 1 technique of B-rank+ (refer to latest chapter). To obtain any other form of dojutsu, an Entity slot must be used. The exception is that all Karma Otsutsuki have access to Preta Path, but this form doesn't copy effects for better or worse. Additionally, their Preta Path cannot affect genjutsu.

    As for Karma itself, it affords this special Otsutsuki the ability to revive themselves if they're lucky.

    Parasite
    The Otsutsuki can use a registered ijutsu to takeover a body while waiting for their Karma, this is a desperate measure and can only be used on someone who's already lost. The taken over body gives nothing but prolonging of life, the Otsutsuki retains all their stats and abilities with some caveats. An Entity dojutsu can only use 1 ability while being a parasite. Strength, Constitution, Stamina, Speed, Coordination receive a -1 tier debuff at base and stopping at E-rank. Using X-rank stats exhausts the body and requires outside healing before it can be buffed again. If a vessel houses a parasite, an Otsutsuki is in control indefinitely and can replenish chakra but can't train stats.

    Reincarnation
    At any time, the Otsutsuki can choose to brand one person as a vessel to reincarnate in on their potential full death, doing so by touch or spiritually custom. Anybody can be used as a vessel as long as they're not one already. A vessel needs to get base A-rank Perception (dojutsu bonuses count) to revive in it properly. Karma will decompress in a year normally, and the dead Otsutsuki shares their target's senses until they choose to revive. Time needs to be spent looking for a suitable A-rank Perception vessel to revive in properly, the looking can be in various ways. If you don't revive properly, you have a month to find a new vessel and can only fight once albeit your full abilities are usable. After fighting once with a defective reincarnation, the Otsutsuki dies.

    Vessel Abilities
    The vessel gains the Preta Path ability while using Karma, and must face a life or death situation to unlock it. Karma takes 30 stamina points per post of using Karma. Those that have Karma can release what they've absorbed as A-rank blasts each or the original jutsu. The sealed Otsutsuki must have an Entity that can release stolen jutsu. For 1,000 experience, the vessel can overlay the Otsutsuki's original stats on theirs, this will turn their stats lower than the Otsutsuki's into higher ones when activating Karma. For parasites, they can use this to access their original stats temporarily.

    Decompression
    The vessel can't use any other Otsutsuki abilities not listed. Being in close proximity to another Karma resonates them, doubling the decompression quickness for both and for each month of contact. Karma that have resonated can release absorbed jutsu from either seal. Only in the final 2 months can the vessel use the Otsutsuki's dimension transportation, if they have that. An Otsutsuki can track their copied Karma no matter where it is, unless it's chakra is hidden. If there's an unblocked chakra connection, the Otsutsuki can transport their vessel or to them no matter where it is if they have a transportation ability.

    Copying Karma or having more than 1 requires a Science Entity to assist. Copied Karma don't have an Otsutsuki watching in them. No matter how many Karma there are, they will disappear upon a revival by Karma. Copied Karma will only fully decompress once they start to resonate with a normal Karma from a different Otsutsuki, otherwise they get stuck at 10 months. Revival by Karma won't restore dojutsu lost or implant drawbacks, but it'll heal anything else. Being rebranded by the same Otsutsuki's Karma will pick off where the timer left off. Only 1 Karma can be on a person at a time.

    Turning Otsutsuki
    The Otsutsuki can temporarily take over the body in a topic when faced with death, only to neutralize all threats. At 6 months, the Otsutsuki can manifest automatically when chakra reaches 20 stamina. The Otsutsuki will manifest at least once within a month of branding to prevent metagaming, even if it's to fight a NPC. After manifesting a second time, the Otsutsuki can remain in control as long as they suppress the replenishment of chakra, although they can still control a body to deal with all threats. In a suitable and non-copied Karma, Byakugan will replace the branded dojutsu when taken over if the Karma user's full-Otsutsuki. The Otsutsuki can use any non-Restricted jutsu of the vessel if it's something they can learn for free. Otsutsuki remain active a minimum of 3 posts.

    Once someone is branded by Karma, they're permanently part-Otsutsuki. Even if someone dies, they'll still have Karma. Any user of Karma transfers their soul and current body's natural traits besides stats. Someone branded with Karma can brand their own Karma, but it won't get rid of the original Otsutsuki if it hasn't died without a Karma. Even if an Otsutsuki revives, an old Karma holder can still use all the benefits with no drawbacks if a Science Entity reawakens the Karma.

    White Karma is a mutation on a target that happens for S-rank Perception and when copying Karma. White Karma requires 30 stamina points per post of use. White Karma's only shared base trait to normal Karma is pure stats, with an extra +1 tier on top of the Otsutsuki's original stats. White Karma users can brand someone with a normal Karma. If a White Karma user dies, they lose their White Karma. The Otsutsuki that created the White Karma can manifest there as a harmless guiding ghost for one topic if they're killed fully. White Karma requires an Enhanced State slot.

    Karma Slots
    Karma can be claimed as an Enhanced State without being a PC Otsutsuki. Instead of a normal NPC, the Karma is considered to contain a X-rank Otsutsuki that's essentially a PC that branded you. The X-rank has 12,000 experience. Instead of months, decompression uses the vessel's experience as milestones. Only starting experience and experience gained after branding count towards decompression. Resonating instead gives +5 experience from posts. Once the Otsutsuki manifests twice, it needs to be defeated legitimately within the topic or else it disappears with your body killed. The Karma decompressing fully without the Otsutsuki saving the character allows the player to roleplay the X-rank Otsutsuki taking over. To be more precise, this is the only option, as having Karma is a death sentence. The only way out is to let the Otsutsuki take over as a NPC, die, and then revive such as from Outer Path. The X-rank and the original character can't have any differences besides the Otsutsuki bloodline abilities afforded by Karma. No base stat can go beyond the X-rank Otsutsuki's. The origin of the X-rank can align with another PC Otsutsuki's, such as arriving as a pair to Earth.

    Weaknesses: Automatically takes up a Restricted Technique slot upon branding, unless they choose Karma as their Enhanced State, such as to brand Karma or to be branded by a NPC. The Otsutsuki's unable to use ijutsu for healing beyond B-rank. A Karma user cannot be sealed for long normally, even if by an Entity effect, nor can their soul be killed unless their life expires by age. A Karma user can be sealed by burning all Restricted slots. A key to Karma is targeting a vessel that won't be killed. Kaguya's Black Zetsu revival through fusing with a Juubi and using a Juubi Jinchuuriki can't be used with this Enhanced State. Karma holders can't become jinchuuriki at all. An individual can only have 1 copied Karma and 1 White Karma derived from them. Karma Otsutsuki slots are limited by how many Rinnegan Paths have been combined. For example, if all Rinnegan combined to one person, there would be 6 slots open.

    Can steal one from either side. Max 4 abilities with 2 at base until you take from others.

    Bio (Bloodline, ijutsu): Can access cloning, revival, and Strange Transmission (take limbs, copy dead 6mo, Sage Transformation needed).

    Tech (Otsutsuki): X-rank enchantments fuin+chemistry or ijutsu up to B. No cap on sealed jutsu, counter-immune (chakra and space-time), change base template you can regen to (stat increase of +1 tier to base like 8th Gate+regen of anything infinite supply-works on Karma-can clone body no thoughts).

    The user doesn't have other restrictions on their use. Anybody else who uses these needs to give up an Enhanced State they currently have. The Enhanced State slot is used for one special ability, and any more require Restricted jutsu slots used. The user can grant an Enhanced State only once a year if someone didn't have one.

    It's possible to not have this Entity and gain all the abilities (4+ depending on Restricted slots), such as Delta. Shutdown command, they can only get what their teacher has patent. If they find an Entity opportunity, they escape this control.

    All Kara (not the player) scientific abilities require a Restricted unless noted here. The user can create Restricteds for others, even if they're capped in slots, as long as they give up a Restricted that they could otherwise gain each time. 2nd Gen Kara currently is ES, like Ada being Kotoamatsukami and Daemon being enhanced reflection always active. Extra Restricted Technique slot like Sage mode.

    Description: Similar to FTG with some key differences, the user must apply a brand, but the brands disappear on death. The user can instantly enter brands no matter where they are (as long as in contact with a brand-even if it's just a small one on the user's face), but emerges at A-rank speed. Alternatively, phasing can start at full speed, but they need to "go through" a brand by motion and will emerge starting at their contact point.

    Only 1 full person and what's attached can move through brands. Meaning, you can phase a hand through a brand and grab 1 person, but 2 people can't go through at once. Emerging isn't done from what's under the brand (so no going inside someone). Brands can't physically block but can't be destroyed where they're placed in space. There's a max to brands, and old ones can be dissolved at will.

    Max brands by Perception:
    E-rank: 5 tags
    D-rank: 10 tags
    C-rank: 20 tags
    B-rank: 30 tags
    A-rank: 40 tags
    S-rank: 50 tags
    X-rank: 60 tags

    These tags and limits are shared amongst the user and any possible clones/iterations of the user. No cloning technique doubles these limits, ever.

    Users can instantly teleport to a mark's location whenever they please, regardless of distance. This has a base cost of 15CP within a 250 meters radius. Any larger distance has a base cost of 20 CP. Anything that the user is holding or contacting may teleport with them, but this requires advditional chakra to do. Generally speaking, clothes and ninja tools being held by the user or kept in the user's pouches do not cost extra chakra to teleport. However, teleporting ninja tools which do not belong to the user or people has an added cost of 10CP regardless of distance.

    All the added costs are per object or person

    In many ways, worse than Flying Thunder God. There are few benefits. The marks cannot be interfered with (the technique is not space-time nor fuinjutsu) or tracked. Ranged marking is possible by swinging hands, but this doesn't cause damage and only looks like black bands flying toward someone. Ranged marking is considered a thrown projectile in terms of speed and range.

    Weaknesses: Other transportation jutsu are better and they can be used ranged better. Similar to Mayfly, but more restricted.
