    So basically you infuse your water darts with poison? I like it.
    Can't really be applied to gaseous poisons tho.

    I'd also like you to detail how big these darts are and how many darts can you imbue with 1 dose of a given chemical.

    Also detail "contact with opponents". Because if a poison requires entering through the bloodstream to have effects, simple dart contact with the skin (no puncturing) won't be enough.

    So, first thing I'm seeing is that your weakness shouldn't really apply. If you're attached to someone, you don't move at all, so your movement speed is completely negated.
    However, you're attempting to gain 2 tiers of stats, and give 1 tier of stats, which is 3 tiers of boosting total. While you're losing your speed, your host doesn't lose any, so it's not really a proper drawback for the amount of boosting you'd be receiving.

    Even with the handseals increased, and the weakness, it still is above what a single C rank technique can achieve. At the cost that you have currently, it's the equivalent of a B rank technique, which would allow you 4 advantages to disperse as you want between yourself and the host, given that even an S rank technique can normally boost 2 Tiers, which is 6 advantages, what you want (4 tiers, 2 for each of you, a total of 12 advantages) is way out of the purview of the technique, especially when factoring in cost.

    My suggestion, limit what this technique can do, and build a line of other techniques with this one as a parent technique. In that way, you can let this technique do one thing well and cheaply, and have other techniques that supplement it for what you want.

    This technique should only boost perception in terms of sight. This is because the stat "Perception" affects everything, from sight to hearing and even smelling. Investigation and tracking also rely on perception. And your technique doesn't seem to have a way of boosting hearing, for example. Add that in and I'll stamp it.

    This is denied, as I can't allow a C-rank technique to boost two Coordination tiers. Even if distributed, You're still boosting yours and your host's Coord by a Tier each for a C-rank chakra amount. Edit it to follow the Stat Boosting and Debuffing guide guidelines in terms of tier boosts and chakra costs, and I'll stamp it.
    Usually for a technique to boost 2 tiers it needs to be very high rank. Since this is distributed I *could* see it working with less chakra and a maximum tier cap, but definitely not C-rank.
