    Description:
    These string-like of Raiton extends out from the tips of the user's fingers. Functioning near identical to Chakra Strings of being able to manipulate devices such as puppetry.

    Layout; However, it can also form wires within the surrounding area. If used this way, the Raiton strings require A tier Perception to perceive the nearly invisible thin wires. The strings are actually easier to break as simply walking into them would break the wire. The target won't feel anything, but it sends a weak electrical discharge traveling at C rank speed to the user's finger. Where it'll alert the user when one of their wires are broken.

    The number of wires that can be created follows the same concept as Puppet Technique. It is based on the user's base Coordination following the guide below. Additionally, each wire may control a puppet, but they cannot perform both puppets and layout;

    D: 1 String
    C: 4 Strings
    B: 6 Strings
    A: 8 Strings
    S: 10 Strings
    Weaknesses:
    This is mostly Chakra String with Raiton as the element. It can't deal any damage with the wires itself. Even if the wires are covering the area, anyone using the Sensing Technique can locate the wires regardless of their Perception.

    Specifically this technique overloads the Raiton strings using it like a pathway at ludicrous speed. Surge heavily electrocutes potentially multiple targets and objects within the vicinity. Dealing B rank damage as a thick line of crackling energy travels along the strings. If a puppet is connected however, the user may coat their puppet(s) in a concentrated mass of raiton that forms multiple needles. If the puppets are attacked or strikes with a melee attack the needles will violently assault the opponent that deals A rank damage in addition to the puppet's attack.
    Weaknesses:
    Requires Electric Pulse String to be used and can only work with said technique. Additionally the wires is the pathway for this surge, so if the strings are cut the discharge simply cannot reach the target from that wire.

    Description:
    The user manipulates their blood to produce a surprisingly durable barrier. It appears like blood is constantly flowing up as it drips from the top. The chakra flowing through this barrier fortifies the blood into a semi-solid matter to flex with the incoming attacks and still hold its mass. The accurate size is 10 square meters. Capable of warding off up to A rank worth of damage, albeit as long as the user continues fueling the barrier with chakra. It can repair itself from the damage it sustained.
    Weaknesses:
    Entirely used for defense, so it has no offense capabilities. The barrier is a square shape protecting from one side. Fire is known to go around corners and particular gas as well. It is a strong defense, but it doesn't cover all of the angles. Additionally, this barrier can't be placed anywhere that doesn't have a pool of at least 10'x10' for it is always connected by this pool of blood.

    The user causes all of the blood within a 20 meter radius centered at the point the user chosen. Usually at a pool of blood. This technique pulls the blood at incredible speeds up to 100 meters above ground. Once collected enough, the user divides the volume of the blood into many small beads before it rapidly descends upon the earth. Individually the blood beads don't deal a lot of damage. Just enough to break skin as it infects the target's wounds. Because the rain cannot be controlled individually, the user may only cause it to rain on specific areas and move the collected blood within range at B tier speed.

    Should this rain manages to cut skin, the Ketsuryugan Blood will infest the wounds to cause the creature(s) to bleed profusely for the next two rounds. Effectively reducing their Constitution by 1 minus per round capping at 1 tier debuff. Additionally, this rain spreads the Chinoike's blood that already existed. Potentially infecting more blood as the user continues to pull more blood. For each creature that's been bleeding whether from another attack or from this technique. The radius expands by 5 meters, capping at 30 meter radius.
    Weaknesses:
    This technique is more of a Damage Over Time than dealing all of it at once. By the second or third round is when the rain itself actually deals equivalent rank in Power in its radius. Second if there are more than one person caught in this rain. First post the power this rain deals is equivalent to C rank, second post is B rank, and third post will be A rank assuming there is only one opponent.
