Description: The older brother to Calis' original Particle Generation technique, Grand Particle Creation begins the process of creating multiple tons of particles of whatever substance the user has on hand in at the very least, a 10 lb increment. Should the user have more than one particle on them in at least that increment they may choose which is used. This jutsu will begin to massively multiple that chosen particle in a grand scale, creating tons of the particle each post. To be precise, four tons is created every post this jutsu is in effect. These particles are used to not only give the Kazehana using this jutsu the ability to utilize their freeform manipulation with their chosen particle. But also give them enough of said particle to utilize their clan jutsu. A few rules regarding this jutsu are listed below.
1) When it comes to the hardness/quality of the particle of choice, it will only come into play in regards to the users 'freeform manipulation' and any jutsu that clearly states it utilizes the stats of the particle the user is using. This means that most jutsu will not inherently possess a durability equal to the hardness of the material but can be overpowered as normal.
2) Once this jutsu ends, all created particles disappear.
3) For the sake of simplicity, the particles created by this technique appear to generate from whatever container the user is using to carry the original 10 lbs. This container must be kept upon the users person at all times and may not be hidden within a seal. The particles will spread out from the user at their normal freeform manipulation speed.
4) Should the user lose the container that contains the original 10 lbs, be it from having it taken, or simply dropping it. The jutsu will not end, but no more particles can be created until the container is retrieved
Weaknesses: User must already be in possession of at least 10 lbs of their chosen particle. User must maintain possession of said particles for the jutsu to be effective.

Description: The user creates a thin (2 inch diameter) beam of lightning from the tips of their fore and middle fingers which is fired in a straight line wherever those fingers are pointing. Normally the beam can travel only 40 meters from the user in a straight line, striking and piercing a surface with S rank power and speed. However this jutsu has an interesting interaction with Magnet Release jutsu so long as they are utilized with a metallic particle that can act as a conductor.
Should such a particle be in play, and the lightning strikes a particle that is apart of a magnet release jutsu. The lightning will begin to fork and spread between other particles within the same jutsu. This will cause the damage caused by this jutsu to fork out and spread up to 100m away. This forking effect can only occur with a single magnet release jutsu at a time, and the effect will attempt to spread through the entirety of the jutsu in question, effectively electrocuting everyone with the magnet release jutsu in question. Once this is done however the magnetic field this technique rode between each particle will be destabilized and forcefully end whatever magnet release technique it used as a medium.
Weaknesses: The spreading effect can only occur when a metallic particle is in use, as it acts as the conductor. This means things like Iron Sand, Gold Dust, Ebony sand, etc, will work with this effect, but things like precious gem particles, or simply basic sand itself, will not.

Description: Sandstorms Grasp Level III is the completed version of the Sandstorm line of techniques. While it’s range doesn’t get any larger, it does get more frantic and concentrated within that same area. This removes one or two of the major drawbacks to the jutsu. Once again the user creates a localized sandstorm in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. This sandstorm is far more violent than the others and should those within find themselves within it they will lose a tier to both speed and perception. Due to violence of the storm however, and unlike previous versions, going with the direction of the storm will not negate the debuffs. Finally, due to the violence of the storm they will find themselves unable to see outside of the area of the jutsu.
Weaknesses: Again, the perception debuff is dependent on the particles reaching the eyes or ear canal.

Description: An upgraded version of Sandstorms Grasp level I this jutsu creates a localized sandstorm in a larger area with more violent movement within. Should one find themselves inside of this localized sandstorm they will need to move with the pull of the storm. So either in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. In order to escape the effects of the storms grasp. Those under the effects of the sandstorm will find themselves suffering a tier loss to speed and a two minus loss to perception. Should one move in the direction of the storm they will find themselves perfectly capable of moving and perceiving normally.
Weaknesses: The perception debuff is dependent on the particles obscuring vision and sound by getting into eyes and eye canals, should those within find themselves wearing goggles, or other eye protection they will be immune to that part of the technique regardless. This technique is easily countered by simply moving with the storm, resulting in no debuff to speed or perception whatsoever.

The word count will not match up, that's because I'm using my 800 words from the AE change on Calis to learn them. My UA allows me to learn S rank jutsu so long as I double the WC required, making the B rank version of this 200 and the S rank version 600, totaling out neatly to 800.
