    Black Blood
    Black Blood is a branch of Juinjutsu similar to Curse Seals that utilizes Nature energy and Yang chakra to give a physical form to a person's Id. Created by the Kurama clan during the Warring Clans Era, it was labled a kinjutsu due to those attempting to fuse their blood with their Id often going mad or the blood rejecting it's own body, killing the subject. However, those who survive the process with a sound mind find that their newfound power is worth the price, now known as Meisers.

    The NPC 'Black Blood'
    The Black Blood is treated an a Unique NPC that ranks up with the Meiser, with a few differences:
    1➤The NPC's Stamina increases the Senjutsu Chakra pool instead of their own CP. See Black Blood Chakra Pool for more info.
    2➤The NPC does NOT gain any Skill points, cannot trade for Skill points, and can only use the skills/elements the Meiser already has, but it's stat raises go up to 24 as if it traded 4 skill points.
    3➤The NPC has the same jutsu as the Meiser, and if it learns a jutsu, so does the Meiser (with 1 exception, see rule 7).
    4➤If the NPC wants to use a jutsu, it draws from the Meiser's CP. The 2 exception to this are when the Meiser & Black Blood are in Resonance or if the NPC is using Chijutsu, then the NPC may pay in Senjutsu CP.
    5➤The Meiser can use their XP on the NPC for stats, bloodlines, and other XP costs, but not the other way around.
    6➤If the NPC were to die, it instead enters an inert state for the rest of the thread, giving the Meiser debuff penalties and losing access to any Black Blood abilities for the rest of the thread.
    7➤The NPC can get implants, but whatever implants the NPC gets are separate from the Meiser's Implants, and may have slightly different effects. The jutsu's learned this way are the exception to Rule 3 and limit the amount an NPC can learn following the NPC jutsu rules. Jutsu learned this way are not learned by the Meiser, and can only be swapped out with an approved update. See Black Blood Implants for more info.

    The Black Blood is also bound to the Meiser, so while it can take a vaguely human form, without techniques the Black Blood cannot reach farther then 5m away from the Meiser. Spilt blood within 100m can be recalled back to the Black Blood for 5 CP, the speed equal to it's speed stat. This bonding also has the side effect of removing nearly any need for sleep as it keeps the Meiser's body and mind refreshed while not actively in use.

    Resonance
    By paying 500 XP, the Meiser learns how to enter Resonance. By using senjutsu chakra as a medium, both the Meiser and the Black Blood can increase their overall fighting capabilities. This is due to Chijutsu temporarily increasing the physical and mental bonds of the Meiser and Black Blood.

    Meisers and Black Blood in Resonance get a (++) Unique Boost to Strength, Constitution, Speed, Coordination, and Perception while Resonance is active. When the Meiser reaches S-Class (X-Class if the user started at B-Class), by paying 2,000 XP this boost can be increased to a +1 tier unique boost instead. If 2,000 XP has been invested into the Living Weapon ability, instead of providing a boost the Black Blood can choose to temporarily replace some or all of the Meiser's stats with their own and vice versa. Stats that are not temporarily replaced still get the normal Unique Boost.

    Living Weapon
    The Black Blood is able to harden, soften, and alter it's shape, allowing it to turn into various living items. This naturally allows it to defend the user from most attacks as it hardens inside the user's blood vessels to defend against attacks. By paying 100 XP, the Black Blood can take the form of 1 weapon, armor, simple item or extra body part of the Meiser's choosing, though the Black Blood gets a free chibi body with head & arms to start so it can communicate. This payment can be repeated, with each investment giving the Black blood a new form that it can swap to. Outside of techniques, the maximum amount of items that can be formed at a time in a thread is limited to 1 per Class, maxing at 6 at X-rank, though the amount of shapes the blood can take are theoretically infinite. Items made in this form have a Hardness equal to the Black Blood's current Constitution, while it's Rank it equal to it's current Strength. If an item is destroyed, the maximum item limit is lowered for the rest of the thread.

    Black Blood Enhancement
    By mixing the Meiser's chakra with the Black Blood's Senjutsu chakra, Meiser's can enhance the power and effectiveness of their techniques. This can create techniques referred to as Chijutsu; AKA Blood Arts. Chijutsu is easily mistaken for Jujutsu, but is in fact a separate branch. The user can also simply improve the power rank of a regular jutsu by 1 using this. To do this, the Meiser need only spend half of the technique's cost with the Black Blood's CP, while using their normal chakra pool for the other half. Chijutsu & the powered-up techs are often the color of the user's blood, though this is an aesthetic change.

    Black Blood Implants
    As the Black Blood is it's own being, it can receive implants like any other living thing and adapt to it's new makeup. As the implant is put in the Black Blood and not the Meiser, no custom techniques can be made without using Black Blood Enhancement and instead take up the normal NPC jutsu slots. However, while the passives stat bonuses are transferred to the Black Blood, the abilities the Black Blood gains can alter how it affects the Meiser. The KKGs that interact slightly differently due to it's Fuinjutsu makeup, listed below.
    ➤Kaguya - Meiser's bones become black. Increases inert debuff by (-)
    ➤Nature Clan - Increased passive Senjutsu CP regen by 5.
    ➤Any Dojutsu - Cannot be implanted
    ➤Kurama Clan - Cannot be implanted
    ➤Uzumaki, Senju, & Hinode - Takes up both a Black Blood and Meiser Implant Slot, requiring 2 rolls to implant, the lower roll being taken. Only 1 organ is needed.

    Finally, due to the blood being naturally adaptable, the Meiser can pay 100 XP to increase a single implant roll by 1 for either themselves or the Black Blood. This can be done multiple times, but must be done before each roll, though the drawback of this is that neither the Meiser or Black Blood can make use of the additional modifiers outside of their Base Stats bonuses listed in the implantation rules as the Blood has permanently modified their DNA.

    Black Blood Chakra Pool
    As the Black Blood is a living seal that stores Senjutsu chakra, it has it's own pool of Chakra. As such it's own chakra pool is increased by increasing the Black Blood's Stamina stat. At the start of each thread, it's SP is topped off like the user's. When Resonance and/or Living Weapon are not in use, the Black Blood regains 5 points per post. There are also 2 additional ways to supplement SP.

    ➤If the Meiser has been trained in how to gather nature chakra, staying still allowing them to gather 5 points per post. This also applies to their clones as well as sage summons.

    ➤By implanting the Nature Clan Bloodline into the Black Blood, The Black Blood is able to passively generate 5 points of Senjutsu Chakra per post, regardless of what they're doing. Implanting Nature Clan bloodline into a Meiser won't increase this generation.

    Upkeep
    While in Resonance, Meisers use a constant draw of Senjutsu Chakra from the Black Blood. This begins at the cost of 20 points per post, but by spending 500 Experience Points, Meisers can halve that value to 10 points per post. If the Meiser has Kekkei Genkai Ressha from the Kurama bloodline, spending another 500 Exp Points to bring the cost down to 5 points per post.

    Drawbacks
    The Black Blood is still it's own being, and as such can still be affected by mental effects separately. As such, while a Meiser can use Genjutsu Kai on the Black Blood and vice versa, as long as the Black Blood is caught in a genjutsu that doesn't allow movement, their abilities cannot be used. In addition, while the Meiser may be able to use the NPC's Constitution to defend against certain attacks, such as blades and hammers, this doesn't protect them from threats such as fireballs or Kumo's Heavenly Transfer Technique as the NPC is located in the Meiser's major blood vessels. This make opponents such as the Chinnoke and Hyuga extremely dangerous, as they each have ways to bypass the Black Blood. Blood thinning and anticoagulants are also an issue, both causing a (-) debuff to the Black Blood's Strength and Constitution for each rank of the chemical, separate from the chemical's other debuffs.

    If Black Blood is 'killed', it enters an inert state and cannot be used for the rest of the thread and Meiser takes a (--) to Strength, Speed, Coordination, and Perception. The only way to truly kill the Black Blood is to kill the Meiser, as their body now naturally produces the Black Blood.

    Boosts from the Nature Clan, Cursed Seals, and Sage Mode do not stack with Black Blood.

    Standing at 5'11" and weighing at around 160 lbs, Tak is reasonably well looking and built for his age. He has fair skin, sliver hair, and brown eyes, however it's his preferred outfit that stands out. He often puts his hair in a ponytail underneath a bandana of blue, orange, and yellow. His clothes and armor share the same color scheme as his bandana, usually leaning towards blue with orange and yellow accents, though he is not against other colors. He often also likes to war a detachable cape of blue coloration.

    History: Born in an obscure area of the Statelands on the Crimson State Isle, Taek had a relatively normal upbringing. His family was caring, his friends were plenteful, nothing really stood out for him. However, when the Ninja War struck he was introduced properly to what war could do. Up until this point he had been training to become a hunter, learning how to use tools and weapons of various kinds as well as honing his body to fight. However his first introduction to a ninja was brutal, as while he was hunting a deer a shinobi had attacked him, and without thinking used the body flicker technique to avoid the attack. He eventually took down the attacker, and seeing that the man was a scout, within a few days made a pilgrimage to the Crimson City itself to help defend his country.

    When he arrived though, he was aghast. The Crimson City's military had shinobi as well. They weren't quite the same, but it was enough to put him on edge. Had the invading shinobi taken over? Had then already been around and the only just tried to expand? There were too many questions, but Taek knew what he had to do. He'd infiltrate the Military, find allies, and reclaim the Isle back for it's people.

    Personality: Firion is a country child at heart, believing that it is best that he makes friends when possible and that even the weakest link can be used to strengthen a team. He find Tak to be more pleasing to his ears then Taek, and finds the names of others that are not from the Crimson State Isle to be strange. While he does not hate shinobi, he does not exactly trust them, believing that the Ninjutsu they use to be rather strange and alien. In fact, he believes that it is closer to an infectious power as he hadn't known of it's existence until he encountered the shinobi. While the Crimson City Military has tried to make it clear this isn't the case, they have given up on it and tried instead to show him how to properly use it instead.

    Description: Through the mastery of one's Chakra, the user loads chakra into their palm, which can be unleashed as a barrage of fists or manifest around the user's arms like gauntlets. Doing so greatly increases range and power. This technique can be used in conjunction with Juken Techniques, as when coupled with the Byakugan it has the potential to become the strongest offensive ability.

    The Barrage of Fists version can reach super long distances as the cost

    The Gauntlet version

    Unlike Gentle Fist, this technique is stronger when it comes to penetrating chakra-based armors. It can bypass their defenses so long as they are S-Rank in below. Furthermore, for every point of physical contact a lion head manages, it clamps its jaws down upon the opponent, yanking their chakra away from their tenketsu directly instead of sealing them. As opposed to standard Gentle Fist techniques, this effectively steals the opponent's chakra away from them as well instead of simply draining it from their maximum reservoir, making it more deadly based on how much chakra the opponent has used.

    This rate of chakra drain is done at 10 points every time the user makes contact with them, eating the opponent's chakra away actively. When used with palm techniques, it amps up Gentle Fist's base drain by .25, so instead of draining 1 total chakra per strike, it drains 1.25. This increases the total chakra sealing to 40/80/160, for 32 palms, 64 palms and 128 palms. This however, removes the general chakra drain that Twin Lion Fists grants for the duration of the palm technique.

    This technique expands the user's striking range to about a meter around their forearms given the size of the chakra-imbued lion heads. While active, this technique boosts the user's Strength by one tier for the purpose of striking with dense chakra, and their Coordination by one tier.
    Weaknesses: Cannot use hand seals or hand-based techniques, only able to use palm-based techniques.




    Golden Byakugan

    The Golden Dojutsu
    The golden Byakugan, while not the absolute highest form of a Byakugan, still grants the user considerable occular power in the form of five more stages for the byakugan. Even while deactivated each individual eye gives passive abilities depending on what stage of eye the user has reached.

    Each eye gives a +1 Tier UQ Bloodline Boost to perception and stamina as the Dojutsu act as their own little individual chakra batteries. The user's eyesight can no longer receive perception debuffs and the user gains the Kyujutsu Eagle Eye perk if they don't have it already. In addition the eye can analyze an opponent's movements in a similar manner to the 3 Tomoe Sharingan, detecting even the smallest muscle movements within its Perception range and determine precisely what the target is about to do. Barriers made to block the view of the Byakugan are no longer effective. Finally the user can make Taijutsu Perception buffs as if they were a primary booster. The user can also use their perception stat instead of their intelligence for breaking and applying genjutsu.

    All 5 Stages give access to a corresponding level to the normal byakugan that can be active permanently is the user desires. These permanent versions don't cost CP, don't have a blindspot, and they won't strain the user's eyesight over time.

    Stage Six: Brass Eye-
    When first Awakening the eye, the user is able to permanently use Stage One of the Byakugan. When activating Stage Six the user is able to see in a 100 kilometer radius, their ability to read tenketsu is increased to 25 kilometers, and their telescopic, infrared, & now ultraviolet vision extending to 50 kilometers. Anyone within 50m of the user is also treated as if they had a (-) to speed and Coordination for the purpose of tracking movement. This debuff is separate from the normal -2 tier debuff limit as it doesn't slow anyone inside, the user just perceives them as moving slower. The Eye is also able to keep up with even faster movements, now granting 1 tier to Perception instead of Stage 5's (++). All of this allows a user to keep track of an entire subform of a Major country, or the fourm of a minor country.

    Stage Seven: Muntz Eye-
    The user is able to permanently use Stage Two of the Byakugan, and the user can start to get brief glimpses of the future and the past. When activating Stage Seven the user is able to see in a 500 kilometer radius, their ability to read tenketsu is increased to 100 kilometers, and their telescopic & electromagnetic vision extending to 250 kilometers. Anyone within 500m of the user is also treated as if they had a (-) to speed and Coordination for the purpose of tracking movement. This allows a user to keep track of a Major country, or a minor country and the minor countries/major country subfourm it connects to.

    Stage 7 also gains additional precognition saves like Intelligence while their eyes are active. For every Tier of Perception above D, the user gets 1 precognition save, separate from the Intelligence Precogs. The user needs to spend 4 posts Analyzing their target before they can use their precognition as they need time to focus on what their future may hold.

    Stage Eight: Halcyon Eye-
    The user is able to permanently use Stage Three of the Byakugan, and the user can now get better glimpses of their past and the possible future. When activating Stage Seven the user is able to see in a 500 kilometer radius, their ability to read tenketsu is increased to 100 kilometers, and their telescopic & electromagnetic vision extending to 250 kilometers. Anyone within 500m of the user is also treated as if they had a (--) to speed and Coordination for the purpose of tracking movement. The Eye now granting a tier+ Boost to Perception. The user can now look anywhere within 2-3 countries of the user (major countries count as 2).

    Stage 8's pregognition saves now only take 2 posts of analysis before they can be used.

    Stage Nine: Aurelian Eye-
    The Penultimate Stage of the Golden Dojutsu. The user is able to permanently use Stage Four of the Byakugan, and the user's skill in Pregocnition and Retrocognition increases to more astounding levels. When activating Stage Seven the user is able to see in a 500 kilometer radius, their ability to read tenketsu is increased to 100 kilometers, and their telescopic & electromagnetic vision extending to 250 kilometers. Anyone within 500m of the user is also treated as if they had a (--) to speed and Coordination for the purpose of tracking movement. The Eye now granting a tier++ Boost to Perception. The user can now look anywhere within 4-6 countries of the user (major countries count as 2).

    Stage 9's pregognition saves no longer take any posts before they can be used.

    Stage Ten: Gilded Eye-
    A completely mastered Golden Byakugan. The user is able to permanently use Stage Five of the Byakugan, and the user can access the Fiery-Eyes Golden-Gaze and GoldenrodTechniques. When activating Stage Ten the user has global eyesight, their ability to read tenketsu, their telescopic vision and electromagnetic vision also now global (global in these cases including the moon). Anyone within 20km of the user is also treated as if they had a -1 tier to speed and Coordination for the purpose of tracking movement. The Eye can now keep up with some of the greatest of speeds, now granting a 2 tier Boost to Perception. The user can now look anywhere on Earth.

    Stage 10 doubles the amount of Dojutsu precogs the user gets from perception.


    Upkeep & Drawbacks
    All Golden Byakugan Stages cost 0.5 CP to activate and upkeep, and can only be active for 30 posts + an additional 4 Posts per tier of constitution above D. The perception boosts given by stages 6-10 are regular boosts and not Unique Boosts.

    The limits of the Stage 5 Byakugan still apply. Just because you can see something happening somewhere else in the world doesn't mean it will catch the user's eye or even let the user get to the event in question in time, especially if said even is happening on a parallel dimension you can't even access.

    Like it's base Dojutsu, the Golden Byakugan is a Dōjutsu which can be activated and deactivated at will by the transplantee.

    If the Golden Byakugan Dojutsu are removed from a natural-born Hyuga, if they replace their eyes with normal byakugan, any Stage of the basic eye that was permanently unlocked through this ES now have infinite post count for the user, as residual chakra from the eyes remain in the user's system to midigate the eye strain. (so if a user reached stage 7, they could use Stage 3 Byakugan as long as they had CP to pay without eyestrain, but stage 4 and 5 still have a post limit) This is separate from the ES and if the user gets a new ES to replace the golden Byakugan, this ability remains.

    Description: For reasons unknown, it's most well known ability to move the Moon is unable to be used by the Dojutsu's owner. Still the Tenseigan isn't something to laugh at.

    Unique Ability: Non-Elemental Ninjutsu; Chakra Absorbtion
    -Non-elemental ninjutsu is boosted by 1 Rank in power, costs -1 Rank to use (-2 if non-elemental was chosen for the Ninjutsu Skill), gains a 50% range increase, and can be done without hand seals. In addition, the user can absorb chakra through touch, or with non-elemental Ninjutsu, though this puts strain on the eye. When using these boosts turns the user's chakra a vibrant green.

    Infused Dojutsu
    Each Tenseigan Eye is filled to the brim with power, and can briefly share some of it's energy to it's holder depending on how much experience the user has with the eyes. Each eye has just under a B rank Stamina's worth of chakra that can be distributed to the host. Due to the immense power at the start it's access is limited to 5 posts per topic, but can be increased to 10 posts when the user reaches Bequeathed Power & 20 posts once they reach the Perfect Eye. If the user has both eyes the post limit is NOT doubled.

    50/100 CP - 1st Level (380 Exp)
    100/200 CP - 2nd Level (380 Exp)
    150/300 CP - 3rd Level  (380 Exp)
    200/400 CP - 4th Level  (380 exp) [Bequeathed Power]
    250/500 CP - 5th Level  (380 exp) [Perfect Eye]

    Lunar Recharge
    Even powerful Dojutsu run out of chakra on occasion, and if either of the eyes run out of CP, the eye turn back into byakugan to recover it's power. During this time the user cannot access any of the Tenseigan's abilities until 50% of the Eye's CP is returned. Each eye recovers 5% per post.

    Reincarnation Healing
    As the eye is partially linked to the the world of the dead, the user can use the Dojutsu to heal their wounds. While similar to the bijuu's version of healing, it's ties to reincarnation slightly alter the cost, though like a bijuu the eye only uses this if the situation demands it.

    By paying 15% of the Dojutu's reserves into the host, the user's non-lethal wounds are healed over the course of a single post. By increasing the amount to 35%, any and all wounds will recover over a single post, even destroyed organs, even the Tenseigan as it's residual energy pulls itself back together. Once Bestowed Power is gained, the user can activate this at-will.

    Tools of the Trade
    Instead of having a Jinchuriki Mode, the Tenseigan instead allows a non-otsu to learn the Chakra Visualization, Black Recievers, and Six Paths of Pain techniques, even if the user isn't an Otsusuki. In addition, the user is able to learn the Puppet-Cursing Sphere, Tenseigan Tool Creation, and Truth-Seeking Balls techniques. While the user can make derivatives of these techniques, they themselves do not get Yin-Yang release.

    Discovery of Gravitation
    Instead of having a Tailed-Beast Transformation, the user instead gets control over a spacial area, even moreso then the Deva Path gravity manipulation. By activating the Tensegan, the user creates a spacial barrier located within 5m of themselves, the size proportional to the 5 levels of the Byakugan. While this Barrier is activated, the user has full spacial control over the area, and can push, pull, and move objects around in a manner similar to Magnet release's freeform manipulation. The user can also swap the location of objects inside this field as well as 'cut' objects inside this barrier. Note that living beings cut inside the field will not die, but non-living objects will be affected. The barrier will stay in place, requiring the user to pay an additional cost to place a new barrier and removing the old one. The exception to this is the 1st Stage, as that barrier will be centered on the user no matter what.

    Tenseigan Chakra Mode
    Using the power of the eye, the user can enter a state that can rival that of the Six Paths Chakra Mode. This cloak takes on a light green flaming appearance, as well as a horn making them look closer to an Otsusuki if they weren't already. Tenseigan Chakra Mode provides an S++ Rank Defense and +2 Tier Boost to Strength, Constitution, Speed, and Coordination unless stated otherwise.

    Shroud: Achievable even if the user hasn't reached the 'Bequeathed Power' level of the Tenseigan, the user gains a cloak of chakra that protects them. This cloak is only A++ Rank and the user only gets a 1 Tier boost to Strength, Constitution, Speed, and Coordination due to something holding the eyes back. The user can make use of an A-rank Version of Reincarnation Explosion, and the cost of keeping Shroud active is deducted from the User's Stamina rather than the Tenseigan. The Shroud level costs 30 CP per post, 20 CP is the user has 'Bequeathed Power'.

    Cloak: Once the user has reached 'Bequeathed Power', the user can not make full use of the Boosts and the green chakra now covers their entire body. Cloak uses the Tenseigan's Chakra pool instead of the user's, and the user can make use of

    Astral: Go look at Unity for Bijuu.

    Umbral: Go look at Mastery, except instead of a Bijuu you get the Hamura Ōtsutsuki Golem.

    Gate 1 Bequeathed Power
    In order to get this level, the user must fight a moon man that's preventing the tenseigan from moving the moon for more power from the Tenseigan Energy Vessel inside the moon. Can bring up to 3 people for the fight.

    Description
    The Kurama believe that the mind is build from 3 things: The Id, the most primal aspects of a person. The Superego, the morals and 'ideal person' one wishes to be, and the Ego, a middle ground of both that forms the main personality of a human being. For several centuries the Kurama have been able to give form to the Ego as a way to increase the power of their Genjutsu, but the Superego has always been an elusive thing to create. Many experiments had been done to try and awaken it, those trying to do so believing that it could allow one to fight on par with the tailed beasts. Only twice has the project been a success, and on both occasions the person dissipated, though both Superegos did in fact grant power on par with them, with elements thought only to be granted to bloodlines and the beasts themselves.

    This one marks the third awakening. By using a Fuinjutsu based on the Otsusuki Kama, the user awakens their Superego.

    Unique Ability - Yin-Yang Release, aka Onmyōton
    -Due to the power of Onmyōton, the user cannot create Onmyōton techs until Contest of Ideals has been beaten. Until then, the user is limited to the techs listed below.
    ➤Black Receivers (otsu ability)
    ➤Onmyōton Flow (chakra flow-like ability)

    Ideal Body
    By dumping 20% of its reserves into the host, a Tailed Beast can cause all non-lethal wounds to progressively recover over the course of a single post. By increasing that amount to 50%, all wounds will progressively recover over the course of a single post.

    Ideal Mind
    This takes the form of immunity to stat debuffs. The minor version of this ability protects 2 stats of the user's choice for 5 posts, it costs 5% of the Superego's CP. The major version of this ability protects all stats from debuffing for a total of ten posts at a cost of 10% of the user's CP.

    Worldseeker
    A Warrior is never late nor never early, they always arrive whenever they're needed. By paying 30 CP the user can create a 'rift' in time-space and use it to travel from place to place in the same way a wormhole works. The rift lasts for a minimum of 1 post with no upkeep cost, but break down by the end of a thread. These rifts can transport jutsu, but the user must step through it first. The rifts are a 2-way street. The user starts with being able to make 1 rift, increases to 2 once Control is gained, 3 when Ur-Ideal is reached, and an additional 4th can be gained after by paying 500 XP.

    Will Materialization
    Like a Jinchuuriki who's lost control of their emotions, the Superego attempts to supersede the Id and Ego as it tries to take over and form. During this the user glows bright and a cloak of Onmyōton Chakra forms over them.

    Contest Of Ideals
    Eventually, the host will want to try and reel in the Superego to gain it's full power.
    Unlock by beating it up. treat it as Lv. 2 Manifest, starting out at the same size as the user.
    It's stats are as follows:

    Will Synchronization

    Initial (0 Exp): The transformation is similar to a Combination Transformation technique performed with a giant summon. The Bijuu is created in perfect form, but its power is not yet fully accessed. -3 Tiers to all Bijuu stats. Using this level requires the Jinchuuriki to have mastered the Initial, Version One, and Version Two forms. Control is not actually required to learn this level. For each post that this is used, 15 CP per post is deducted from the Bijuu's chakra. If the Jinchuuriki attempts to use this without mastering the previous forms, the transformation will fail and the Jinchuuriki will become a comical miniature version of the Bijuu that has the same stats as the Jinchuuriki at base.

    Partial (250 Exp): Now a considerable amount of the Bijuu is beginning to project onto the transformation as the Jinchuuriki becomes more accustomed to properly siphoning that power. Only 2 Tiers are deducted from all of the Bijuu's stats, and to use the Initial transformation will only cost 15% of the Bijuu's chakra per post. Using the Partial costs 15 CP per post, however, and the Jinchuuriki must have activated the Initial at least ten different times over ten topics.

    Advanced (250 Exp): Only when the Jinchuuriki has reached the Partial level and gained Control over the Bijuu's chakra may the near full might of the creature be transmitted through this transformation. Just 1 Tier is reduced to all of the Bijuu's stats.  Advanced is set at 20 CP per post.

    Complete (250 Exp): After using the Advanced form a daunting twenty times over twenty different topics, the Jinchuuriki will finally be able to use the full might of the Bijuu, negating all reductions to the Tailed Beast's stats when using Tailed Beast Mode. The costs are 25 CP per post. There isn't much to say about this level other than the Jinchuuriki will now be a force of nature and something to be feared.

    Master (250 Exp): When the Jinchuuriki has formed a Bond with the Bijuu and has acquired the Complete form, the Master level is unlocked. This does not provide any increases to the power of Tailed Beast Mode, but it does allow for partial transformations that vary in size from the Jinchuuriki's body to the Bijuu's body. Any portion can be transformed at will and, should the Jinchuuriki have mastered Chakra Mode, the altered part can also be comprised solely of the Bijuu's chakra. This drains 30 CP per post.

    Elemental Attunement
    Due to the nature of Onmyōton, a user of the element is able to tap into all elements, including advanced ones normally limited to Kekkei Genkai. By completing the Contest of Ideals and then paying 500 XP, the user unlocks the ability to gain new elemental affinities. The way this is done is is to find someone either willing or unconscious and then absorbing some of their chakra. After this is done, the user is able to use the element. Only PCs and Unique NPCs can have this done to them. However, this only gives the user the element/unique ability, not any additional bloodline effects such as Senju healing or Hayami Perception boost. The user can also pay 500 XP to get acess to a basic element, or an advanced element that NO ACTIVE PLAYER CURRENTLY HAS (an example being that if no one is actively playing a Tatsuda bloodline or has the Yonbi, the user can buy Lava Release). This includes a user's alt accounts.

    Ur-Ideal
    Once 3,000 XP is payed (and not from Elemental Mimicry), shit stabilizes

    Background & Belligerents

    In the Last of Frost, a splinter group of the Kurama clan that didn't travel to Kumogakure have managed to find Ancient Scrolls made by their Ancestors over the many nomadic years of the clans lifespan. Now, while some feel that the scrolls should be brought to the main clan for safekeeping, many others feel like their splinter clan is the new main clan, and want to take the scrolls for themselves. As such, war has broke out in the Land of Frost in perhaps the worst area for any Ninja: The Epsilon Range, an area of mountains and tunnels known for their powerful genjutsu effects.

    Due to the many splinters, it has become an all-out battle for who holds the scrolls, and said scrolls often are changing hands rapidly, leaving the defenders and attackers to be constantly up in the air. As such several of the splinters clans have hired outside help to try and win this many-sided stalemate. Each village, and even Missing-Nin have a big incentive for helping out as it may decide where the Kurama's next seat of power may be, or at the very least some new jutsu thought to be lost to time.

    Special Reward

    The faction that wins this Theater of War will receive access to The Ancestral Scrolls of the Kuama, a set of Kurama-themed Exclusive Genjutsu techniques that anyone can learn, regardless of whether or not the user has the relevant skill.

    Description: Diana's personal variation of the Prism Paradise technique, Once the hand signs are completed the user erects a massive crystal spire reaching 1 kilometer in height surrounded by smaller building no larger then three stories tall. The town surrounding the tower takes 2 posts to create, while the tower itself takes 5 posts, though they can rush the technique down to 1 post by paying 150 CP. Like the previous techniques, the inside of the tower and the surrounding buildings are furnished & shaped to the user's imagination as long as it is made of crystal, steel, or wood.
    Inside the spire at the top is a throne the user can sit in. While they are sitting on the throne, new techniques are available to them, including being able to make shadow clones anywhere in the spire/town and being able to share CP with their allies.
    Once the technique ends anything converted by the technique reverts back to it's original form.
    Weaknesses: User must be stationary once they activate the technique (after handseals) and the user must meet a 300 minimum wordcount for each post. While the technique can be activated underwater it increases the required post count by 1 (hope you can breathe underwater). While the Crystal tower's exterior is S-rank in quality & durability from the Crystal-Steel-Wood mixture, the surrounding buildings and interior are only B-rank. If rushed and created in 1 post the user also suffers exhaustion for the rest of the thread and 1 irl week after leaving the thread. Hospital rest does not reduce this exhaustion timer. Due to it's long execution time, it isn't very useful mid-combat and attempting to crush or trap someone with it's creation is extremely unlikely and situational from it's speed.

    Description: When used, the user allocates 30% (rounded down) of their target's chakra to a living human sacrifice. This causes the sacrifice to become the individual's identical copy, complete with perfect imitations of the original's kekkei genkai, stats, jutsu and gear, including artifacts. The target then controls their copy remotely, thus making the copy's movements and knowledge indistinguishable as well, even to powerful sensors and dojutsu like the byakugan.
    Weaknesses: The copy is limited by how much of the original's chakra they are given, so particularly chakra-taxing jutsu cannot be used. Once the chakra from the original runs out, the sacrifice reverts to their own appearance and they die.

    Refined Gates

    Description
    While the 8 gates are tenketsu that limit the flow of chakra, there are an additional 353 points that are less accounted for. The Hyuga, with their Byakugan Dojutsu can see all 361 points within the body, and their own bloodline allowing them to safely use, open, and close these points. The Korikane use the points of Harm and Death to temporarily increase their chakra. By doing advanced training the user has managed to refine the 8 gates with their tenketsu opening ability to not only open the 8 Gates safely, but to also access other tenketsu abilites.

    Tenketsu Sensitivity
    One of the biggest weaknesses of Hyuga is the limited time they can have their Byakugan activated. However, the constant opening and closing of Hachimon has made the user sensitive to the world around them, giving them what equates to the Sakaki bloodline.

    Malleable Fist


    Step of Nirvana
    The user has found a way to safely open and maintain the first three Gates of Hachimon: Kaimon, Kyūmon, and Seimon. While they no longer provide the extra CP upon multiple openings if used this way, Unlocking each gate works in a similar way to bijuu. Each Gate can be mastered at the cost of 300 Experience Points, which allows it to be activated at will, with a post limit that extends depending on the amount of XP invested: 100 Experience per post.

    Skip to Nirvana
    Having mastered the first three gates, the user moves on to the next three gates: Shōmon, Tomon, and Keimon. Opening and maintaining these require more focus and a constant stream of chakra control to keep it from recoiling. As soon as any of these gates are opened, the counter restarts.

    Jump to Nirvana
    Having mastered the second set of Gates, the user now must contend with the most dangerous gate that a person could normally survive: Kyōmon.

    Leap to Nirvana
    Having mastered the seven previous gates, all that remains is Shimon, the Gate of Death. Not even perfecting the 8 Gates let's the user escape it's inevitable conclusion, but that doesn't mean one cannot prolong said fate. Every time the user enters the Seventh Gate without negating the recoil debuff, the user can add one additional post to how long they can open the Eighth Gate. If the user reaches 10 extra posts, then they can unlease the Eighth Gate for 1 post without death following them. The post count is cumulative, but not permanent as using an 8th gate post consumes it, requiring the user to build up their strength once more.

    Pressure Point Release
    By targeting specific chakra points on a person's body, causing various effects to happen. From restoring eyesight and neutralizing poison to paralysis and explosive death, the degree of control one has over the body is astounding.

    Perfection of the human body
    The user's opened and closed their tenketsu so often, that opening and closing them don't cost CP, and any jutsu that causes drawbacks in regards to opening tenketsu are halved

    Transcendent Tenketsu
    The user can change where the hachimon boosts go.

    Tenketsu Enhancement
    The user can

    The 8th Gate still poses a danger to the user, and going into it, while not killing the user anymore, will still have massive recoil on their body.

    Skip to Nirvana cannot be used to reach X-class stats, but Step and Leap can.

    Limit Breaker

    Description
    All humans have a limit to their growth. this is true of each and every person. Whether a god placed it there so that their creations wouldn't surpass them, or evolution did so so that they wouldn't destroy themselves doesn't matter, the limit is there. The 8 Gates shows that this limit can be broken, at the cost of one's life.

    This person has broken those limits entirely, becoming as strong as a Bijuu itself.

    Stat Breaker
    The user gains an additional 6 stat raises. These stat raises cannot be traded for skills.

    The S Rank Barrier
    No longer is the user limited by the 2-tier boost of S-rank stats, requiring on 1 tier of boost to hit S-rank. this also affects the stat trade needed to reach S-rank, costing only 1 stat raise to do so.

    The X-Rank Barrier
    The need for S-rank no longer applies for hitting X-rank, allowing the user to hit X-rank as if it were S-rank, as 1 tier of Unique Boost will let the user hit X like how it work with normal S-rank boosting.

    From Secondary to Primary
    Boosts also get a small buff as now any Secondary-type Boost can act as if it were a Primary, giving the full +2 instead of just +1. while they still need to specify how the boost works, the small

    The Cost of Power
    Breaking one's physical limits comes at a cost. The user no longer is able to cast Genjutsu or alter their chakra into an element, even advanced element implants are wasted as they'll fail to function.

    Super Sentai Squad

    Description: Every universe has them. The Sailor Scouts, the Power Rangers, even the legendary Ginyu Force. All had a team of unique individuals who brought forth a unique brand of power to the table. And now, you have gained a squad of people that have your back through and through.

    Acting as more of a skill then an actual technique, upon obtaining this Entity Restricted, the user gets 4 C-Class Unique NPCs. These NPCs are just like any other NPC, each starting with 1650 EXP, 2 Skill points and 4 Techniques. If any of these NPCs die, the user can pay 1,500 for a Fresh C-Rank Unique NPC. Note that this can be denied by Mod/Admin discretion if the user is attempting to abuse this, such as killing off Sentai members for bloodlines.

    The second thing this skill gives is the ability to give their earned XP to their Unique NPCs.

    Shinobi Paragon

    No matter their background, Paragons have always existed in History. From the Sage of Six Paths to the newly-promoted Genin, all shinobi have the potential to become an example of what a shinobi strives for, a marker to strive towards. As one of these incredible Shinobi who have honed their ninja craft, the user has taken their many experiences and honed them into their own unique blend of how they act as a Shinobi.

    When the user takes this Entity Restricted, they get 6 additional stat raises. These stat raises cannot be traded for skills. In addition, the user can spend XP to unlock shit below.

    ➤Extra Studies: The user gets a single skill point they can spend. This skill point cannot be traded.
    ➤Blood of the Sage: The user gets 1 additional Freebie/Limited UA. If the user chooses Big Boost, it is not capped at A
    ➤Signature Technique: The user chooses 1 jutsu and 4 derivatives. These techniques have a -1 tier cost reduction to use that stacks with other reductions. this cannot be used on restricted techs and don't stack on exclusive techs. If the jutsu's activation or upkeep costs less then 1 CP, the activation/upkkep no longer costs CP respectively. (Ex. 'Activation 3 Upkeep .5' would become Activation 1 Upkeep 0')
    ➤Fame and Fortune: The user gets the 'Aristocratic' lifestyle permanently without needing to pay ryo for it, instead getting paid 100k ryo per irl month.
    ➤Legendary Find: The user gets 1 X-rank item that is not a building. if the item is ever destroyed or lost to the void , the user can pay 2,000 XP to get a new one with a 1 year irl cooldown before they can get a new one. If it's stolen, tough luck, go get it back.
    ➤Rapid Crafting: The user can pay XP to instantly craft items instead of waiting IRL days.

    ➤No Stone Unturned: The user can pay 2,000 Experience to unlock a staff controlled S-Class NPC fight that has a single complete bloodline. This implanted organ cannot roll below a 40 using this method.

    Black Blood - Entity Version
    Black Blood is a branch of Juinjutsu similar to Curse Seals that utilizes Nature energy and Yang chakra to give a physical form to a person's Id. Created by the Kurama clan during the Warring Clans Era, it was labled a kinjutsu due to those attempting to fuse their blood with their Id often going mad or the blood rejecting it's own body, killing the subject. However, those who survive the process with a sound mind find that their newfound power is worth the price, now known as Meisers. Meisers are distinct in that they have a black rhombus-like marking similar to a Kāma somewhere on their body. While the basic version of the Black blood would only give limited abilities in it's day, New research lets the Blood stand on par with Bijuu through the use of drawing out one's Superego as well.

    The NPC 'Black Blood'
    The Black Blood is treated an a Unique NPC that ranks up with the Meiser's class, with a few differences:

    1➤The NPC's Stamina increases the Senjutsu Chakra pool instead of their own CP. See Black Blood Chakra Pool for more info.
    2➤The NPC does NOT gain any Skill points, cannot trade for Skill points, and can only use the skills/elements the Meiser already has, but it's stat raises go up to 24 as if it traded 4 skill points.
    3➤The NPC has the same jutsu/restricteds as the Meiser, and if it learns a jutsu, so does the Meiser (with 1 exception, see rule 7).
    4➤If the NPC wants to use a jutsu, it must pay at least half of the jutsu's cost with the Meiser's CP. The 2 exception to this are when the Meiser & Black Blood are in Resonance or if the NPC is using Chijutsu, then the NPC may pay completely in Senjutsu CP.
    5➤The Meiser can use their XP on the NPC for stats, bloodlines, and other XP costs, but not the other way around.
    6➤If the NPC were to die, it instead enters an inert state for the rest of the thread, giving the Meiser debuff penalties and losing access to any Black Blood abilities for the rest of the thread. In multi-thread events/battles, this effect can carry over.
    7➤The NPC can get implants, but whatever implants the NPC gets are separate from the Meiser's Implants, and may have slightly different effects. The jutsu's learned this way are the exception to Rule 3 and limit the amount an NPC can learn following the NPC jutsu rules. Jutsu learned this way are not learned by the Meiser, and can only be swapped out with an approved update. See Black Blood Implants for more info.
    8➤The NPC may make use of Lifestyle stat bonuses, separate from the Meiser.
    9➤When the Meiser and NPC reach X class/rank, the NPC may learn up to 15 jutsu instead of S-rank's 10.
    10➤The NPC may have 1 custom UA and 3 canon UAs

    The Black Blood is also bound to the Meiser, so while it can take a vaguely human form, without techniques or restricteds the Black Blood cannot move or reach farther then 5m away from the Meiser. Spilt blood within 100m can be recalled back to the Black Blood for 5 CP, the speed equal to it's speed stat.

    This bonding also has a few passive side effects for the Meiser themselves, giving them a controllable form of Hematidrosis (sweating blood), a 60m telepathy radius (can swap between single target or everyone in range), and the ability to sustain the basic body functions of eating, drinking, and sleeping though the use of nature energy.

    Black Blood Chakra Pool
    As the Black Blood is a living psuedo-seal that stores Senjutsu chakra, it has it's own CP pool known as SP. The SP pool is increased by increasing the Black Blood's Stamina stat, and is equal to the CP of the same amount. Whenever the Meiser's CP is refreshed, such as when they start a new thread, the Black Blood's SP is topped off as well. When Resonance and/or Living Weapon are not in use, the Black Blood regains 5 SP per post. There are also 2 additional ways to supplement SP.

    ➤If the Meiser has been trained in how to gather nature chakra, be it having a Sage Mode Restricted or just a Non-Use Sage, staying still will allow them to gather 5 SP per post. This also applies to their clones.

    ➤By implanting the Nature Clan Bloodline into the Black Blood, The Black Blood is able to passively generate 5 SP per post, regardless of what they're doing. Implanting Nature Clan bloodline into a Meiser won't increase this generation.

    Resonance
    By paying 500 XP, the Meiser learns how to enter Resonance. By using senjutsu chakra as a medium, both the Meiser and the Black Blood can increase their overall fighting capabilities. This is due to Chijutsu temporarily increasing the physical and mental bonds of the Meiser and Black Blood.

    Meisers and Black Blood in Resonance get a (++) Unique Boost to Strength, Constitution, Speed, Coordination, and Perception while Resonance is active. When the Meiser reaches S-Class (X-Class if the user started at B-Class), by paying 1,000 XP this boost can be increased to a +1 tier Unique Boost instead. If 2,000 XP has been invested into the Living Weapon ability, instead of providing a stat boost the Black Blood can choose to temporarily replace some or all of the Meiser's stats with their own and vice versa. Stats that are not temporarily replaced still get the normal Unique Boost.

    While in Resonance, Meisers use a constant draw of SP from the Black Blood. This begins at the cost of 20 points per post, but by spending 500 Experience Points, Meisers can halve that value to 10 points per post. If the Meiser has Kekkei Genkai Ressha from the Kurama bloodline, spending another 500 XP Points will bring the cost down to 5 points per post.

    Living Weapon
    The Black Blood is able to harden, soften, and alter it's shape, allowing it to turn into various living items. This naturally allows it to defend the user from most attacks as it hardens inside the user's blood vessels to defend against attacks. By paying 100 XP, the Black Blood can take the form of 1 weapon, armor, simple item or extra body part of the Meiser's choosing, though the Black Blood gets a free chibi body with head & arms to start so it can communicate. This payment can be repeated, with each investment giving the Black blood a new form that it can swap to. Outside of techniques, the maximum amount of items that can be formed at a time in a thread is limited to 1 per Class, maxing at 6 at X-rank, though the amount of shapes the blood can take are theoretically infinite. Items made in this form have a Hardness equal to the Black Blood's current Constitution, while it's Rank it equal to it's current Strength. If an item is destroyed, the maximum item limit is lowered for the rest of the thread.

    Note: Cosmetic items like basic clothing made of the black blood can be made without counting towards the limit or paying xp within reason.

    Critical Mass
    The true power of the Black Blood allows both it and the Meiser to enter monstrous states that allows them to stand on par with other Entities, like Bijuu. Once the Black Blood has used all 24 of their stat raises, they unlock this feature. The Black Blood unlocks an additional 10 hidden stat raises they can put XP into and then temporarily access while using Critical Mass Transformations. Critical Mass requires both the Black Blood and Meiser to pay half of the costs each in order to use these techniques. Even when not accessing these stats, the Black Blood (and Meiser while in Resonance) can access the perks of the boosted stats (Con's pain nullification or Stamina's Exhaustion nullification) or to meet stat requirements for jutsu/perks.

    Charcoal Beast - Black Blood engulfs Meiser, takes the form of a beast of their choosing. Neither Black Blood nor Meiser can make hand signs while in this form.

    Ebony Dragon - Black Blood becomes a dragon attacked to the Meiser's back, allowing for flight. Black Blood cannot make hand signs while in this form.

    Vanta Avatar - Black Blood splits from Meiser into proper humanoid form.

    Chijutsu & Black Blood Enhancement
    By mixing the Meiser's chakra with the Black Blood's Senjutsu chakra, Meiser's (and Black Blood in Resonance) can enhance the power and effectiveness of their techniques. This can create techniques referred to as Chijutsu; AKA Blood Arts. Chijutsu is easily mistaken for Jujutsu or the powers of the Ketsuryugan, but is in fact a separate branch of powers that focus on the blood & it's symbolic concepts rather then the makeup of blood itself. The user can also simply improve the power, speed, or range of a regular jutsu using this. To do this, the Meiser need only spend half of the technique's cost with the Black Blood's CP, while using their normal chakra pool for the other half. Increase speed or power goes up by one rank, while range is doubled. Chijutsu & the powered-up techs are often the color of the user's blood, though this is an aesthetic change. Chijutsu also allows increases the Meiser's summoning power, allowing them to sign (not create) as many contracts as they desire instead of just 1, as well as summon up to B-rank instead of C-rank.

    Epsilon Examination
    The culmination of the Black hand's research, though the use of studying the Ancient Kurama Scrolls the Black Blood and the Meiser can utilize Orpheus and Eurydice, two techniques based on Izanagi and Izanami. Each technique costs 500 XP to unlock.

    Black Blood Implants
    As the Black Blood is it's own being, it can receive implants like any other living thing and adapt to it's new makeup. As the implant is put in the Black Blood and not the Meiser, no custom techniques can be made without using Black Blood Enhancement and instead take up the normal NPC jutsu slots. However, while the passives stat bonuses are transferred to the Black Blood, the abilities the Black Blood gains can alter how it affects the Meiser. The KKGs that interact slightly differently due to it's Fuinjutsu makeup, listed below.
    ➤Kaguya - Meiser's bones become black. Increases inert debuff by (-)
    ➤Nature Clan - Increased passive Senjutsu CP regen by 5.
    ➤Any Dojutsu - Cannot be implanted into Black Blood
    ➤Kurama Clan - Cannot be implanted into Black Blood
    ➤Uzumaki & Senju - Takes up both a Black Blood and Meiser Implant Slot, requiring 2 rolls to implant, the lower roll being taken. Only 1 organ is needed for the dual implant.

    Finally, due to the blood being naturally adaptable given time, the Meiser can pay 100 XP to increase a single implant roll by 1 for either themselves or the Black Blood. This can be done multiple times, but must be done before each roll, though the drawback of this is that neither the Meiser or Black Blood can make use of the additional modifiers outside of their Base Stats bonuses listed in the implantation rules as the Blood has permanently modified their DNA.

    Drawbacks
    The Black Blood is still it's own being, and as such can still be affected by mental effects separately despite being able to sense each other's mental state. As such, while a Meiser can use Genjutsu Kai on the Black Blood and vice versa, as long as the Black Blood is caught in a genjutsu that doesn't allow movement, their abilities cannot be used. In addition, while the Meiser may be able to use the NPC's Constitution to defend against certain attacks on their body, such as blades and hammers, this doesn't protect them from threats such as fireballs or Kumo's Heavenly Transfer Technique as the NPC is located in the Meiser's major blood vessels. This make opponents such as the Chinnoke and Hyuga dangerous, as they each have ways to bypass the Black Blood. Blood thinning and anticoagulants are also an issue, both causing a (-) debuff to the Black Blood's Strength and Constitution for each rank of the chemical, separate from the chemical's other debuffs.

    If Black Blood is 'killed', it enters an inert state and cannot be used for the rest of the thread and Meiser takes a (--) to Strength, Speed, Coordination, and Perception. The only way to truly kill the Black Blood is to kill the Meiser, as their body now naturally produces the Black Blood.

    Boosts from the Nature Clan, Cursed Seals, and Sage Mode do not stack with Black Blood. Resonance and Critical Mass cannot be used at the same time.
