These are stats used during the Tailed Beast Mode and are the base stats for freed Bijuu. However, free Bijuu are prone to aggression and, when angered, may display greater stats than are represented here. Jinchuuriki using Tailed Beast Mode do not have the same ability, for that kind of loss of control, would easily disrupt the transformation -- or even cause their seal to break.

    If you just want to have a bunch of badasses running around, this is the level for you. These ninjas are roughly Anbu level and can distribute up to 5150 Experience Points to their stats, 8 Techniques up to A-Rank, as well as 4 Skill Points. If you can find an S-Class shinobi, that's who can autohit these guys. These come in groups of 3.
    Unique NPC: Cannot be autohit, comes only as themselves alone.

    Culture/Lore: In 936 A.S, when the Græys lost their Kekkei Tota, many scrambled to gain power to keep relevant given the rise of the First Shinobi World War. During this time many Græy clan members were killed off to prevent them from ever rising to power, the sheer strength of their now-lost element too great to even risk coming back. One of these members, Vyse Græy, managed to escape this purge due to his appearance not being the standard norm to his bloodline as well as not having the constituent elements due to a heart surgery at a young age, not requiring him to need Fuuton or Raiton to use it.

    Having taken on the last name of Edelweiss, Vyse turned to crafting, but time and time again he found himself stuck with the same issue time and time again; while he was a decent crafter, he would never have the same skill famous crafters like Okane, Damian, and Kara had. As such he turned to a different method: Kuchiyose and Enchantment. By creating tools and weapons that were 'hollow' in a metaphorical form, he found that he could bind the spirits the to his tools to create artificial Tsukumogami. By sidestepping the legend of this kind of Yokai needing 100 years to form, he was able to make tools that had similarities to legendary artifacts (most notably Samehada), but found that using these tools were a hassle given their yokai nature.

    These Tsukumogami have no unique culture of their own as they are an artificial creation, though they bear similarities to their creator, seeing one another as a 'family' of sorts, with their summoners as their boss and Vyse as the progenitor.

    Given that all that is needed is an object, the Tsukumogami Tools's appearances can range from something as simple as an umbrella or longsword to as strange as a washing machine or discarded ramen cup. However all Tsukumogami the notable traits of having an eye, a mouth, and at least 1 limb.

In order to close tenketsu, the user performs a two-fingered thrust at the opponent's tenketsu, while opening tenketsu is done with a single impact from the user's fist.
    The main use is a simple strike to the target, dealing B-rank True damage sealing/opening up to 5 in one hit with a single impact with their fist. Tenketsu closed this way remained sealed for the remainder of thefor a total of five posts, after which they will open back up.
    The secondary use is to use this technique as an aura, closing or opening a single tenketsu per hit instead of 5. Tenketsu closed this way remained closed for a total of three posts, after which they will open back up.

    Description: The Human Puppet Technique refers to the elaborate process of transforming a body, usually a human's, into a potent weapon. The user can combine their knowledge of medicine and engineering to meld living tissue with the animatronic enhancements of a puppet. This allows them to take a corpse and turn it into a puppet while preserving its abilities to utilize techniques that it knew while it was alive, including kekkei genkai, or to modify the user's own flesh into a living weapon.

    The first use if this technique, turning a corpse into a puppet, follows the same rules as crafting a regular puppet, with the additional costs of 500,000 Ryo per rank of the puppet, and 100 XP per Class of the target. Normally the user can only convert a PC, Unique NPC, or Summon, but with an additional 100 XP per class, they can convert a generic, clanless NPC into a puppet. Corpses transformed into human puppets will retain their ability to use chakra, keeping the Stamina stat (but not CP) of the individual and the ability to use chakra in order to perform any jutsu that the corpse knew in life, including any techniques or abilities related to kekkei genkai. A human puppet created this way may only have up to 15 jutsu, selected upon creation from techniques that the corpse knew in life. No Restricted of any kind may be kept by a human puppet created in this way.

    The second use of this technique, partially converting a target into a living puppet, follows a similar ruleset. By using the technique on a target and paying 500 XP (can be paid by either the user or the target), they gain a special attunement slot. This slot is used only for the item that replaces the converted body part in question, and cannot take up more then 25% of the target's body. This can be done at every other class milestone the user reaches (1 at D, 2 at B, 3 at S), but if the total amount of the body that's converted exceeds 25%, then the user is subject to a harsh drawback, no longer able to increase their stats through Experience.

    The final use of this technique is completely converting someone into a living puppet. Transforming someone into a puppet removes the special attunement slots gained from the 2nd use of this technique and cost 2,000 XP in addition to the normal puppet costs, however this cost is reduced by 500 XP for every special attunement slot they had previously gained from this technique. While nearly the entire body can be turned into a puppet, the target must always keep a core of still living material, usually composed of compressed tenketsu. This core becomes the user’s only weakness, and thus a massive weak point. The user becomes able to fight for extended periods of time without hindrances that would normally affect a human body, such as fatigue, muscle failure, loss of blood, wounds, or pain (The user is however still subject to the CP fatigue penalty in the Stamina rules). This allows the user to theoretically live forever unless killed, never perishing from old age. This conversion additionally allows the user to forgo the need for food, water, and air. This core can be transferred to other puppets at speeds equivalent to the user’s Coordination as well, allowing the user to abandon bodies that are damaged beyond repair or incapacitated. This core retains the user’s Strength and Constitution stats, while the puppet they inhabit uses either its base Strength or Constitution stat, chosen at creation. Appropriate boosters and debuffs that affect the user will always affect both the core and the puppet when the core and puppet are together. Otherwise the user’s base stats are used for their puppet body. For the purpose of enchantments, the core and human puppet count as different objects despite being created together. Swapping to a new puppet body after creating the first costs no additional EXP, and the EXP to turn oneself into a human puppet is a one-time fee.

    Drawbacks: Human puppets can be destroyed and rendered inoperable thereby nullifying their various techniques and abilities until they are repaired. A body transformed into a human puppet has its potential for growth completely capped. The human puppet's base stats will be permanently stuck at whatever tier they were at the point of transformation (They may however be retrained if permanently debuffed, such as sources like S-rank Poisons or Tsukuyomi). These stats may be boosted via techniques and abilities but they cannot be trained for a permanent increase. This drawback applies if more than 25% of the target's body is turned into a human puppet. Due to the process of turning the user’s body into a puppet as well, the user will no longer be able to benefit from most traditional forms of healing techniques.

It is said by augmenting tenketsu in a very specific way, the user is capable of producing up to 100 Chakra Strings from which to control their puppets.

    Rather than turning the user into a Human Puppet, this technique can be used if the user constructs & attunes to an item specifically designed to allow them to use this technique, named Red's Chakra Spool, which requires S-Rank Engineering, Human Puppetry, and costs 1,000,000 ryo to craft.

    Weaknesses: While this technique allows a puppeteer to overwhelm his or her opponents with sheer numbers, the difficulty in tracking that many puppets is overwhelming. The user is able to control 10 times the amount of puppets they normally could with the Puppet technique with no drawbacks, however for every rank above what they could control, their puppets will experience a -1 tier debuff to Coordination & Speed. (For example, a person with B coordination could control up to 60 puppets without their puppets taking a debuff, 61-80 puppets with a -1 tier debuff, and 81-100 puppets with a -2 tier debuff.)

    Not all Shinobi are born equal. It is a hard fact to face, but be it genetics, bloodlines, life experiences, and a myriad of other events one cannot account for some are born better then others. And yet some Shinobi are not satisfied with this fact. Some push their bodies even harder, reaching ever higher and higher. Many fail, their bodies and minds unable to handle the strain of such a rigorous peak.

    But some do make it.

    Some become Paragons, and some become Gods.


    This ES allows the user to reach the pinnacle of normal human limits.
    For every 500 XP lifetime XP the user receives after obtaining this Restricted, the user receives 1 additional skill point. This skill point does not need to be spent immediately, and these skill points may not be traded for 500 spendable XP.
    If the user has traded any skill points for stat raises, they must pay 500 XP in order to refund the spendable XP gained to raise the stat cap up.
    The user's stat cap is raised to 26, however they may put additional xp into the stat to soft raise the stat to receive stat/skill buffs. This soft stat increase is solely for recieving perks. Perks include:
    ➤Constitutions's impenetrable skin (scaled to the user's stat)
    ➤Ken/Buki's ability to wield multiple weapons without a stat penalty
    ➤Stamina's CP exhaustion negation/unconscious Immunity
    ➤Kyujutsu's Eagle Eye

    ➤The ability to qualify using a weapon/item (for example, Samehada requires A Stamina and various strength stats to wield)
    If the user receives an implant, they may spend skill points to increase the success chance. 1 point grants +10 to the roll, and the user may spend as many skill points as they desire for this.
    Once the user has encountered Nature Energy and Bijuu Chakra, the user may spend a skill point to have their body adapt to it.
    The user may also spend 1 skill point to gain 1 additional Clanless Unique Ability. They get 1 free Clanless ability without needing to spend a point, but any additional costs a point.

    Description:

    Ryūmyaku Chakra
    The user's Chakra has been augmented by the Ancient Chakra deep within the earth; the chakra infused with latent nature energy. The user's chakra gains the properties of senjutsu chakra and can safely traverse Mount Koryū.

    Ryūmyaku Training
    The user gains the Kenjutsu skill if they did not already have it. If they already have Kenjutsu, the user may instead choose Taijutsu or Bukijutsu as their free skill. If they have all three skills, they do not receive any new skill.

    Average One
    With some skill, the user is able to permanently attune their body to the elemental dragon orbs without taking up an attunement slot.
    ➤If the user does not have the element, for 1,000 XP the user is able to permanently gain the element.
    ➤Once the user has the base element, for 500 XP the user is treated as having an affinity for the element. If the user has an advanced element gained through a bloodline or Restricted and they have an affinity in all of the constituent base elements, they may pay 500 XP to gain an affinity for the advanced element as well.
    ➤Once the user has an affinity for the Base Element, for 1,000 XP the user is able to gain the Advanced Element of the Singular Element (Blaze, Steel, Dark, Swift, ???). They may NOT buy this level if they did not pay a skill point to obtain the base element.


    Elemental Orb Creation

    After a hefty 50,000 Word Count studying the Elemental Orbs and how they relate to Crystal Release, the user is able to make Elemental Orbs. These orbs are not limited to base elements and can include advanced elements & bloodlines, but in order to make them with X-Rank Quality & Hardness several prerequisites must be met:
    ➤A willing participant with an affinity for the element or bloodline in question
    ➤The user must have Crystal Release alongside an affinity for the advanced element
    ➤The user must be at a Dragon Vein

    Once all the prerequisites are met, the user may begin crafting. Crafting takes 2 irl weeks.

    Dragon Veins are ancient sources of chakra that flow throughout the earth. One in located in the Land of Wind underneath Rōran, another is located on Mount Koryū. For 1,000 XP, the user is able to create an artificial vein for the purposes of Elemental Orb Creation.

Its handle is divided in two to allow it to slide over the main blade during assembly. Despite this unusual construction the blade is sturdy enough to wield as a proper weapon.

They are significantly smaller and shorter than the other Fustion Sword blades, with a gear mechanism that allows the handle to be folded up.
