RULING: Kitsuki's use of an X-Grade bow with A-Rank CON is VALID
According to the current rules for Kyujutsu two character stats are important when drawing and firing a bow; Strength and Coordination.
Strength governs whether the bow can be drawn at all, based on the draw power of the bow. And Coordination governs how accurately the arrow flies when the bow is fired.
This is a fairly accurate representation of how archery works IRL. Bows are designed to allow archers to fire projectiles at impressive speeds based on the engineering of the bow and the archers strength. Archery is considered one of the safest sports in the world for this reason, as the very design of the weapon prohibits sudden injury to the user. If a draw weight is too heavy for the archer, they simply cannot pull back the string and no injury can occur. The most common injuries for archers are ones borne of repetitive stress and those are almost always due to poor form when drawing and firing a bow.
It seems reasonable to me, based on how the skill systems work, that assuming Kitsuki has the required S-Rank Strength to pull back the string that it should work with no injury, as expected. The true drawback of bows when drawing ‘too much weight’ is the accuracy of the arrows fired from it, which is already covered by the Coordination requirement.
In short; bows are designed to provide people with the means to launch projectiles at speeds and strengths not usually capable of through sheer strength alone, and they are also designed to do so at minimal risk to the user. With that said, Kitsuki’s use of an X-Grade Bow with her current stats is valid and poses no physical risk to her.
