Description: The user of this technique, Lightning has developed a technique that allows her to drain chakra from an enemy as she hits him with her sword, using her dark release. This does not count as absorbation and therefore doesnt hinder Lightnings movement in any way, neither does it absorb enemy attacks (as she can use her hand or mouth for it). In addition she gets the bonuses of the raiton and normal chakra flow, as the dark element uses raiton as a base. So in short this means as long as this chakra flow is active:

- Chakra flow grants EITHER +1 tier for Durability or +1 tier for hardness Hardness to the weapon

- Creates sparks along the chakra flow. C-rank Lightning damage and numbness in the affected area. (-1 advantage to Coordination for two posts.)

- drains 5 CP per hit on enemy for a maximum of 15 cp per post (3 attacks a 5 CP each) or full contact during a post (also for 15 CP) (enemy weapon also counts for this purpose)with a maximum of half of Lightnings stamina pool per topic from any sources (only for draining, absorbtion isnt affected).

Meiton is an Advanced KKG belonging to the Mikiri Clan. Thus Meiton should be one of the required elements. This should also require the first level of the Mikiri Clan Bloodline.
