Double Boom!

Atsu Kotoshura kept fiddling with his Iwagakure headband, not sure if he should tie it around his forehead or loosely around his neck. He supposed it didn't make much difference, but he didn't want it to clash too badly with the rest of his outfit. That's why he'd made sure the cloth for it was made red, to match most of the rest of his accessories. He finally settles on having it loosely tied around his neck; it wouldn't do to have it hidden under his hair, even though it would be obvious for most people that he was an Iwagakure ninja. He then turns to his twin brother Ito and gives him a big grin, feeling proud that he was now working with the village and bring honor back to his mother and her two sons, despite the shame his father had caused when he was alive.

"Hey, hey, check this out, bro!"

Atsu focuses his Kotoshura chakra into the palms of both his hands, working up the chakra and turning it almost visible before he takes a step and then thrusts both hands forwards with his palms together, imagining that he's shoving his father away after one of his drunken escapades. The memory of his father makes him push harder than he'd intended, but the blast exits his hands with a powerful "FWOOM" sound in front of him, but he manages to focus the blast away from himself and his brother to make a narrow blast zone in front of him.

"Cool, cool!"

As Atsu fiddled and worked with his headband, Ito only made sure his was secure. Though technically, it wasn't a headband as he had his customized into a belt, though still similar color to his brothers. This belt would secure his pants in place all while serving as slight protection to his abdominal region. Watching Atsu trying out a new technique, a sort of powerful beam-like blast that shot out at fast speeds.

"Oh! Nice! That kinda gives me an idea for a kind of combo..." Ito enters a taijutsu stance, Arhat, with his left foot and hand taking the front position. His feet would be slightly further than shoulder-width. Taking a deep breath before shifting his weight onto his lead foot, he would bring both forearms to each side of his waist, palms open with fingers curled slightly and pointed towards the ground. The next second, Ito takes a strong, stomp-like right foot step and thrusts his right palm in an upward and diagonal direction, simulating an attack towards someone's guarding arms. Immediately following are 3 forward palm strikes, twisting them as his arms extend ending with fingers pointing to the sky. Small explosions manifest at the full extention. Taking powerful steps with each strike and channeling more and more chakra into each one, the fifth and final attack would be a right step and arm thrust. This one was different, as he thrust both arms forward, wrists touching each other. Producing a cone shape with his hands and fingers, a beam-like blast similar to what Atsu performed earlier shot out. Though it wasn't as powerful as his brother's, Ito was still excited at being able to even reproduce it even a little. His excitement was extremely visible on his face during the whole performance. As the blast was only half the distance as his brother's, it was still powerful, blowing his ponytail backwards with the blowback from the explosive nature.

As the blast subsided, Ito stood with slightly hurried breaths of excitement. Looking towards Atsu with wide eyes he would speak up. "That was so much fun! Might prove to be pretty effective if you ask me! Though I would have to get more comfortable shooting out a blast like that. It was a little bit difficult but in time I will get it down. What do you think of that combo?" He asks this while shaking his hands out to relieve the tingling sensation from producing the blasts.

Atsu's eyes light up as he watches his brother's own combo of using the Arhat Fist with a few explosions blasting from the end of his strikes, although most of those blasts aren't all that impressive. He frowns a bit when he sees that the blasts are really only strong enough to cause his ponytail to flutter in the aftershock, although seeing his brother use the same explosion technique he'd just learned had him excitable again.

"Whoa! That looks great! Hey hey, that Blast Launch technique you learned, I think I figured it out too finally!"

Atsu focuses the Bakuton chakra to the bottom of his feet, somewhat similar to the surface walking technique, but instead of allowing him to walk on water, when he releases the Bakuton chakra, it causes him to launch forwards instead. The speed makes his eyes water a little, not being used to running at such a speed, but he quickly gets accustomed to it. He even runs partway up one of the rocky outcroppings in the middle of the training area before he has to run back down, using the actual surface walking technique so he doesn't end up falling straight down and landing on his face. But he's ever the testing type, so he focuses even more Bakuton chakra to the bottom of his feet, substantially increasing the size of the blast while having to focus much harder on keeping the chakra shaped in such a way that it doesn't end up blowing his feet off his own body.

It might seem to Ito that his twin is just standing there for quite a long time before he lets that explosion go after spending so long shaping the biggest blast he'd ever formed with his Bakuton chakra. He'd learned much more advanced jutsu with both Doton and Raiton, but it was a lot of work combining them into Bakuton chakra. Atsu was moving really fast now, a full tier faster than his normal speed, and he thrusts both his feet forwards and gives another focused blast of Bakuton chakra to slow himself down before he gets too nervous about going so fast, landing right next to his twin with such speed that it makes their jackets and Atsu's half kimono flutter around them both, respectively.

"Whoa-ho! I never knew you could get that fast off Bakuton! This is way better than Raiton or Doton!"

Ito would watch his twin brother with excitement as he dashed around at high speeds around the training area. Once Atsu returned back to his side, he would speak his amazement and praise. "That was amazing! How did you move faster though? I couldn't even go that fast when I did it!" He would hold his fist out and give him a fist bump, in congratulations. Think of what he wanted to try next, a sly grin would grow on his lips. This was the product of Ito coming up with an idea to train a couple techniques and slightly prank Atsu at the same time. He would rub his chin while making a thinking facial expression. "I think I've got an idea."

Immediately after saying that, Ito would take a few steps back before channeling only doton chakra into and then out of his feet into the ground. He remembered a technique that caught his eye earlier that day when he and his brother were looking over what techniques they wanted to learn. In a second, Ito had descended into the ground, as the earth beneath him turned to sand. Though soon after he was fully submerged, the sand would return to the original ground form. With no trace left of himself, Ito would stay submerged for a few moments before quickly and silently reemerging behind his brother. Immediately after coming back up, he attempts to poke Atsu in the middle of his back with his index and middle finger. If his fingers were to make contact, he would then push basic chakra into his brother that would freeze him for just a moment. The sensation of being tied up with steel ropes is the side effect, should Atsu not have a counter for such a maneuver.

Ito chuckles at the situation and at Atsu's response to such an attempt responding with, "I'm sorry bro, I didn't have anyone else to test it on. But you know I love messing with you from time to time, hehehe." He would quell his chuckling soon so they could resume their training. "I know we were kind of focusing on the blast stuff but there are still some useful techs even in the other elements."

Atsu grins when his twin seems just as excited about the new technique as he is, although he had to admit that he felt just a bit dizzy from the sudden shift in speed with the most recent technique. He still feels quite proud of himself, and he makes sure he still knows just how much Bakuton chakra he needed to use when he used the technique to go even faster the second time - he certainly does, thanks to his intelligence. Not that he's looking to brag, but he's certain he can teach that even better technique to his brother.

"Well, you just use more chakra! But you gotta be careful to focus it more because, y'know, it's more dangerous."

But then his eyes widen when his brother says he's got an idea, and he's already excited to see it. He watches his brother take a few steps back before suddenly disappearing into the sand, leaving no trace of himself. Atsu is surprised at the way his brother instantly gets taken underground, but he figures the only other place for him to go would be right behind him... But Atsu chooses not to move. He knows that it's the Double Suicide Decapitation Technique; they'd both seen it among the techniques they'd wanted to train that day, but if he doesn't let his brother win sometimes, he'll never feel like playing like this. He's given a bit of a shock when instead of simply tugging him into the ground up to his neck, he's instead touched right on his spine, and his eyes widen for a moment before the shock of chakra forces him to stand still, bound by the temporary paralysis technique.

"Ack! Hey, no fair! Once I'm out of this, you'll see some real jutsu from me, bro!"

Despite the threat, Atsu is laughing a bit at his own situation. He'd decided to let his brother have his prank victory, and now he was paying for it, albeit he could feel the jutsu already starting to wear off.

Ito's chuckle would turn into a laugh as his brother threatens some jutsu that he has up his sleeve. He would walk around to the front of Atsu as he was still trying to shake off the short term bind. "Well, if it is anything similar to what I just pulled, you will have to catch me." Raising his right hand up and in front of his chin, Ito would form half of the Tiger hand seal. Doing so grew another smirk on his lips before speaking out again. "Considering how oh so smart you are, you should remember what jutsu we haven't learned uses this seal, right?"

Right as his brother's eyes light up in realization, Ito would channel chakra into his feet once again. The difference from this time and last, is that the chakra wasn't doton, but basic chakra; no element added to it. Just as Atsu began to speak, very obvious that the bind is just about fully worn of, Ito would dart of to his right, Atsu's left about 50 meters. He used the Body Flicker Technique for the first time, and simply as a taunt to his twin to start a quick game of tag. Immediately upon reaching 50 meters, he would use the techs his brother practiced earlier. First starting with the basic Blast launch, running 90 degree angle from the line he dashed moments ago towards the large stone wall or cliff. Though he didn't go too far, only about 15 meters, he decided to test out Atsu's suggestion to just add more chakra to it. More chakra is always more fun anyway, what could go wrong?

The amount of chakra. That's what could go wrong. Atsu did warn him, but he brushed it off as he was more used to the base technique anyway. 'What could go wrong?' he thought to himself moments before he launched himself in the air with too much chakra propulsion. Hurtling through the air head and chest first slightly too fast for his own wellbeing, Ito's heart began beating faster at the slight level of danger started to climb higher with every meter he grew closer to the wall. Luckily Ito has always been physically inclined and more of an instinct based individual. Without a second thought after his affirmation of the dangers of lack of care and control, he quickly compressed his right hamstring muscle before kicking it forward. At the same time, using the less potent Blast launch only on one leg. This spun Ito into a fast backflip, doing one and a half rotations before extending his legs outward. If he were standing on the ground, he would look as if he jumped in the air and kicked both feet forward at the same time. In this pose he would activate blast launch one final time to land on the wall with both feet and a soft landing.

At least that was his goal. He activated the final technique a hair too late. His heels would plant themselves into the wall for a short period of time before that specific portion of the wall would crack and crater slightly. This in combination of his left over momentum from his backflip would be enough to make him fall onto his butt, though still on the wall. Luckily, he did manage to negate most of his momentum on the initial impact of his heels. In quick reflex of him loosing footing, as his butt touches down in the vertical crater, he would slam his feet into the wall once again, this time making sure to activate the surface walking technique. Once he finally stopped moving, he breathed a sign of relief. A deep breath and check over of his limbs and body, he confirms with himself that he is okay. It was at this moment that he remembered that his brother was probably watching him. He would frantically look for him before getting up and hastily moving back down towards the ground.

"Don't worry, don't worry. I'm okay, really. I do have to say though. You weren't kidding about adding too much chakra." Ito would wipe his gloved hand across his forehead, removing some sweat and dirt that was produced from his crater.

Atsu finally feels the paralysis wearing off, and he shakes himself free before his twin rockets off, but just using the simple Body Flicker is clearly faster than the basic Kotoshura blasting technique. It does surprise him a bit, but he uses the improved blasting movement technique to keep up, since he's already learned that jutsu, and it doesn't seem to have the same restrictions that the Body Flicker does. Then he's surprised when his brother tries that more advanced technique himself, as he was planning on helping Ito to practice it more safely instead of just using it right away; Atsu knew himself just how dangerous the Bakuton element is.

His brother looks like a blur and Atsu himself is starting to get tunnel vision from his own speed as he focuses in on catching up to Ito, but it doesn't help that they're moving at about the same speed before he tries to maneuver himself into a soft landing on the stone wall. But even Atsu can see that it's going to be too late for him to get the landing right, and there's no way for him to soften the "landing" on the wall enough not to break it. While Atsu doesn't have the fastest handseals, he should at least be able to use some ninjutsu to help protect his brother, so he immediately starts performing some handseals while focusing some Doton chakra inside himself. The very next time Atsu lands, he's already dropping his upper body, ignoring the pain of thrusting his hands into the dirt and rocks in order to put his hands into the earth, using a high-level jutsu he'd studied over for a while in order to rearrange the battlefield using the existing earth.

He uses the Doton chakra to reshape the crater and keep the wall steady for his brother to come back down, molding the earth into a stable form so his twin doesn't have to worry about anything falling from above on top of him, and once his brother is safely on the ground, Atsu pulls his hands up from the earth, still panting a bit from the chase as Ito explains that he's fine.

"Jeez, bro. You coulda seriously hurt yourself... But shoot, that was fun!"

Atsu grins up at his twin brother before getting up off the ground and dusting himself off and then grinning at his twin again. Suddenly, Atsu disappears into the ground, as though he was simply gobbled up by the earth. This was certainly different from the double suicide decapitation technique, as Atsu could tell precisely where his brother was. Though at his current speed, he's too slow to actually be able to catch up if his brother decides to move. Instead, he chooses to perform handseals, though slowly, as his coordination wasn't quite so good, but his brother isn't likely to move far enough away that he can't reach him with his next technique; he comes up out of the ground behind his brother, performing the last handseal and then slamming both palms on the ground, causing the earth under his brother's feet to spiral inwards on itself. If his brother isn't fast enough, he'd be caught and buried in the earth up to his neck in the dirt. Although Atsu knows the jutsu is capable of crushing its victims, he obviously holds back on the technique, keeping his control of the jutsu enough that it just traps him in the ground without actually crushing him, merely pinning his limbs in place and making movement quite difficult as Atsu reaches down and taps the fingers of his right hand to his brother's forehead.

Ito reluctantly agrees that it was in fact a little bit fun. "Alright, I'll admit. It was a little bit of fun. But I will be more careful and that won't happen again." Just as he said this, Atsu would sink into the ground, using the same technique he used just moments ago to start this whole prank scenario. It didn't take long for him to realize what was going on. He starts to for the familiar hand seals though was stopped by his brother reemerging not too far from his original position. Ito would stop forming the seals expecting not to need it. He was greeted with the ground beneath him starting to spiral in on itself. Not being fast enough to react to such a thing, he became buried up to his head in the ground. He would be greeted with a poke to the forehead and the announcement of 'You're it'.

Ito would chuckle quietly. So quiet, to the point that Atsu would not have heard it if he weren't crouched down in front of him. "When was it possible to trap me in the ground?" Immediately after he spoke this, he started to produce explosions from his palms. He did this to create an open space to move his hands and form seals. Only a few seconds later would he sink into the ground, releasing himself from the grasp of his brother's technique. He would stay in the ground, ever so slowly inching his way up underneath Atsu, hoping to confuse him as to where he would exit.

As quick as he could, Ito would pop out of the ground directly behind his brother and wrap his arms around him. "Better hold on tight." He said this with a smirk before running backwards at high speeds using greater blast launch. This time, there wasn't too much chakra worked into it. It was more refined and more careful. This was a definite necessity as he was carrying his beloved brother. He giggles with his brother as they dart around the area launching off of some of the larger rocks and seeming to 'fly' for a short moment before returning to the ground and slowing down. "Ahh, I totally forgot we were here to train and practice. You always somehow make me loose track of the goal when we are just spending time out and about. Hehe. It always end up fun though."

Ito would release his brother before turning around and pulling both elbows to his hips. Holding this pose for two seconds, he would thrust his arms forward one at a time, releasing cone-shaped blasts of chakra reaching around 5 meters in distance. He would do this about 4 times. Each time, the distance would increase before they began reaching around 10 meters. He would throw 2 punches 3 more times before returning his elbows to his hips and relaxing his body with a deep breath. "That was one of the original reasons, hehe." He would smile widely, as just being with his twin is always a blast, especially when he isn't worrying about him at all.

Atsu lets out a surprised noise, somewhat like a yelp, when his brother starts blasting away at the earth around his hands to free them up, and he figures he's using them for handseals, but he's not sure what Ito is planning. And then his brother disappears into the ground again. He frows, figuring it was once again the Double Suicide Decapitation Technique, and he thinks that maybe this time, he should move so his brother doesn't think that using the same move multiple times is going to be all that effective... But he remembers that he would promise to look after his brother and not let his sometimes-competitive spirit get the better of him, even in training, so he instead sighs and waits.

Atsu does his best wide-eyed surprise look when his brother pops up out of the ground behind him, and he gets grabbed and lifted by his brother, before Ito starts running and then blasting away from where the more clever twin had trapped Ito, even if temporarily, in the earth. The speed makes him whoop loudly with delight, as well as the loud explosions as Ito proves that he really can use the Greater Blast Launch successfully, and even while carrying his twin around, at that! Atsu really can't help but to feel his pride in his brother swell, and he grins widely at both the excitement of the ride and the genuine happiness he feels for his brother's growth. He laughs as he's blamed for getting them off track with their training, and then wags his finger at his twin.

"Tsk tsk bro! You can't blame me when we've been training this whole time!"

Then he grins as he activates the genjutsu, one of the very few that he'd looked at that didn't require handseals, although the genjutsu was extremely simple. He was fairly certain his brother hadn't seen this one and so wouldn't know it's a genjutsu, so he performs a few handseals to make it look like he's using a clone jutsu as several black ninja illusions appear to crawl up out of the earth, all of them looking extremely similar in build to Atsu, and he moves back behind them, weaving back and forth between them, like some kind of shell game to hide the real twin. He moves about super carefully as his brother throws those explosive punches, and although he feels like celebrating the fact that his brother can use the clan's taijutsu techniques with such proficiency, he knows that showing too much emotion is just going to get him found out as the odd one in the group of shadow figures as they mill about and more still rise up from the ground.

Instead, Atsu himself moves around slowly until he's behind his brother, doing a single quick handseal before tagging the back of his brother's head with his index and middle fingers of one hand, hitting him with the same jutsu that had been used on him before.

"Gotcha! Hehe, payback!"

Ito brings his hand up to his chin and rubs it for a few seconds. Afterward, bringing that hand down to his hip and looking upward in nostalgia, he replies to his brother. "Well I guess you're right. Even though it is super fun, we are still training. Maybe I'm still kinda stuck with that academy training mindset where they don't make things fun at all, hmph. We might need to change that in the future." Just as he looks back down, catching a glimpse of a grin on Atsu's face, rising up out of the ground are figures. Black clothed ninja appearing out of nowhere, stumping Ito for a second before he reacts. This reaction is not too much of a good one though. "Atsu! Atsu! Where are you?!"

Ito fires off Burst blasts and explosive palms in every direction, at every black-clothed figure, as he looks around for his brother. Not knowing what is going on, he begins to panic as he can’t find his brother. Just as he was about to dash off with body flicker, he felt a poke on his back. His whole body freezes up just as he hears Atsu speak out. ”Gotcha! Hehe, payback”

Immediately, all the figures disappear from view. All that’s left is the stone yard and Atsu trotting around him as he confirms with his grin that this was the same technique Ito had performed previously. ”Oooh okay. Payback for you payback is coming bro! Just you wait!”

Atsu laughs as his brother threatens him with even more payback, and he starts performing more handseals for another jutsu. As he does the handseals, he remembers another technique that was meant to boost the effectiveness of ninjutsu, though it was only for somewhat low-ranking jutsu, and it had to be used for only one particular element... Atsu reasoned that he was a lot better with Earth Release and wasn't so great at using Lightning Release, so maybe it would be better to use it just for his Earth Release techniques, just like the one he was about to use now. Although his handseals are honestly pretty slow, they're not so slow that he can't get them out before his brother fully escapes from the binding of the Temporary Paralysis Technique he'd just learned to use. Regardless, he steps back away from his brother a little so he's at least ten meters away while he performs the handseals, ending firmly on the Snake handseal in order to use the amplification technique on this jutsu he'd been trying to learn, although he simply holds the second Snake handseal so he can do some last-minute gloating before his brother escapes the Temporary Paralysis he managed to put on him through trickery.

"You can give me that payback... when you can catch me!"

He grins proudly as he finally activates the jutsu after gathering up so much Doton chakra, and a dragon made entirely of earth rises up from underneath his feet, allowing him to ride it as it rises higher and starts coiling around and around his own brother. Atsu manages to avoid getting dizzy as the dragon makes a column of stone around his twin by looking down on his brother, even getting down to sit cross-legged on its head like some kind of dragon-riding sorcerer, the scaled and long, curved body of the dragon looking like one of the paintings of the serpentine dragons from myth as it becomes a massive 100 meter tall pillar of rock with Atsu at the top. This wasn't actually its furthest range thanks to that amplification technique, but he had no desire to go any further, especially with his brother now completely surrounded by enough earth to make him like a pet in a terrarium.

"I THINK I WIN, ITO!~"

Of course, Atsu has to nearly scream to make his voice heard that far down, but he hopes his twin understands him.

Ito could see that Atsu was planning some dastardly plan even while he was still trapped, though not for much longer. It wouldn't matter too much though, as when Ito was free and readjusted his stance, his brother launched another attack. This one forming a dragon and seeming very large and daunting. Something that didn't seem like much of a technique that Ito should even attempt. Somewhat stunned and left watching his twin ride on this rock entity, he didn't realize much of what he was actually planning. It was too late when he noticed that he was once again becoming trapped in rock. Though as it was said, once again, this wouldn't be much issue for Ito to release himself but he chooses a different way this time.

Starting the same way as before to free up his hands and arms, he would produce explosions from his palms to create small canals until his hands reached each other. He would look up to his brother before shouting out. "I'm not sure what this will produce but you might wanna hang on tight." Ito would think back to the one technique that he and his brother stopped on that explained a way to enhance techniques. All it took was adding one hand seal at the end of the string of normal seals and BOOM! It's stronger. But considering the technique he was using didn't have any seals at all, he just decided to channel the chakra as usual, using the seal -Snake- and then releasing it. So that's what he did.

Ito brings his hands together, channeling chakra while he does so. Immediately forming the Snake seal before bringing his wrists together in front of him and releasing a Blast Burst. Although it was a blast burst, which was a technique that they both had learned not too long ago, it was very obviously noticed to be more powerful. It travelled a further distance and caused more damage than expected. Sending shockwaves throughout Atsu's stone prison for his brother and the ground itself, this technique kicked up dust and rocks sending them in every direction. The whole area would seem to shake and rumble from the strength of the blast itself before everything settled down to the ground. Well... everything except his brother's foothold. That would hold for a few moments, long enough for Atsu to look around and question what Ito even did to make that technique so powerful and then probably realize the only way for such a thing to be possible in the first place. Directly after that, Ito would shout up to his brother.

"I'm pretty sure you figured this out already but, I accept defeat for tag. But for damage, I win! I wouldn't stand on that much longer." Ito begins to bounce from foot to foot, shaking his arms before forming the half tiger seal and darting off at a very unfamiliar speed. He would stop around 30 meters away from his makeshift prison and wait for his brother to reveal himself from the now collapsing structure and growing plume of sand, dust and debris.

Atsu grins down at his brother, though he knows his brother can easily simply travel underground to escape the stone prison, but he had a jutsu he wanted to use if his brother tried that. Instead, he watched as his brother used his blasting chakra to shoot out a canal into his earth dragon, making him frown in confusion at what exactly his brother is going to try and do when he could just as easily tunnel underground to escape. But then he sees the snake handseal, and assumes he's about to try something far worse, likely something to bring down the entire dragon itself, and then some. He focuses chakra to the bottom of his feet so he won't fall all the way down and simply stick to the side of the stone dragon with the Surface Walking technique as he drops below the edge of the dragon so his twin can no longer see him as he performs a single, quick handseal, focusing his chakra to halve it between himself and a second entity, which knits itself together into a shadow clone. Both Atsu and his clone stumble a bit when there's a sudden explosion down below them, and he assumes that his brother has just managed to explode the dragon all the way through.

Atsu turns to his copy, who performs handseals quickly in order to slip down into the earth dragon, going straight down and avoiding the cracks to get down to ground level again. Atsu himself, on the other hand, begins performing handseals as he runs down the side of the crumbling dragon, doing his best to avoid all the cracks in the side. Even as he runs, he holds the final Rat handseal of the jutsu he just completed, gathering Raiton chakra in his cheeks before he hears his brother give up on the game of tag, but claim victory for damage. Atsu doesn't feel like losing, however, so as he approaches the ground and he jumps off about 15 meters from the edge of the dragon, he looks down at his twin as he finally activates the jutsu, his cheeks puffed up with focused Raiton chakra before he emits the focused, straight beam down at his brother's feet, right between them, so that the beam of Raiton chakra pierces the earth, going so deep in such a tight concentric hole that his brother would be able to look straight down into it if he looked. And if he did look, there would be about three seconds where he would actually see his own twin brother's eye peering back up out of the hole.

"Oh, I dunno, bro, I think I win on damage, too! And style, besides!"

Atsu jeers as the real Atsu lands to his feet just outside of the field of debris created by the dragon having been exploded, and the shadow clone pops up out of the ground several meters behind Ito, already having been performing handseals under the ground and used the burst of Raiton chakra and the resulting hole as a signal for about where he should come back out of the earth jutsu Atsu had already trained. Atsu grins at his twin as the clone focuses Doton chakra into his mouth to spit out a rock that rapidly expands to the size of a boulder before landing hard on the ground just behind his brother, stopping there with a heavy thud while the shorter twin crosses his arms, and the clone itself disappears in a puff of smoke.

"Really, bro, your blast ninjutsu and taijutsu is fierce, but I've got raw ninjutsu power on my side!"

Despite saying this, Atsu is a bit out of breath; he'd spent so much chakra that he was feeling quite drained, although he knew his brother could keep going. He drops down onto his butt on the ground, laughing and waving his hands in front of him, worried that Ito would think that he overdid himself.

"Truce, truce, truce! I really did a lot there, so let's rest up and we can train a few more after I've spent some time getting my chakra back..."

Ito takes one step back as he notices Atsu throwing a small rock at him. He questions what his brother was doing as a simple rock before he remembers that there was a specific jutsu that starts as such. This would cause Ito to automatically enter his Arhat Fist stance. Watching as the rock grows into a large boulder in front of him, he would form the Snake seal once again before performing a somewhat upwards palm strike with a Blast Strike. This would blast a hole through the boulder, immediately followed through with a shoulder charge. Ito’s shoulder would pierce the boulder, sending cracks throughout it whole form. Finally, with a movement that makes it look like he is taking another step back, he drags his right foot back and around, drawing a circle on the ground. He drops into a crouch as he spins around before springing up with a palm strike that shatters it entirely.

Even though the boulder is was aimed at the ground, he assumed it didn’t fully reach him because of the taijutsu he performed. This created a slightly incorrect notion in his mind about that specific interaction. He would stand, still in his Arhat fist stance facing the rubble of the boulder, as his brother speaks to him. Turning towards Atsu as he finishes speaking, Ito’s face would be covered in a large smile. ”Hehe, you know rocks have little affect on us, no need to even attempt such! But that combo was super cool! How did you do that?!” Ito would shake out his arms and legs, exiting his Arhat stance and slowly returning to his original speed and movements. ”And also, I was already ready to stop the competition, hehe. I am a bit tired as well, even if it’s not as tired as you bro. On the way home, you wanna stop somewhere pick up some dinner for mom and us? I kinda want some tonkatsu and rice. Oooooh or maybe some spicy yakisoba?!”

Speaking on this, Ito would step over to the stone cliff a few meters off to the side and enters a few different stances and positions. No words spoke. About what he is doing to his brother, but he was working on the beginning of a new fighting style, one to suit himself.

Atsu watches happily as his brother breaks apart the rock with a combination of his Bakuton blasting fists and the Arhat Fist styles until the boulder is just so much rubble on the ground, and he sees some of the launched rocks pockmark one of the faces of the stone pillars that surround the stone yard, grinning as his brother literally leaves his mark on the training field. Then he grins proudly when his brother exclaims that his combo was cool, and he kicks his legs on the ground, his face flush with excitement after having done so much training and nearly exhausting himself like that.

"Oh! That was because of the shadow clone technique! I uh... I wouldn't try learning it if I were you. It takes a whole bunch of chakra just to make it in the first place, and I barely got any of my own chakra back when it dispersed... Besides, the rock was just to scare you! I'd never hurt my own brother. Well, not on purpose."

His happy grin didn't make his statement any less true; he'd really do anything for his twin brother Ito, and that was a fact. Although Atsu sighs a little when his twin suggests that they pick up food on the way home, he does notice that the sun has begun to set, and he knows they don't really have enough daylight to keep up their training/playtime. Besides, his stomach is grumbling and he'd really like to go and pick up something spicy like his brother suggested...

"Hmmmm... Yeah, okay, we'll get the spicy yakisoba and the tonkatsu and rice. But y'know, you're paying for it, so you might as well get what you like."

Atsu's voice takes on a sing-song quality when he mentions the fact that his brother was paying for their meal as he gets up and dusts himself off from the sand and dust of the Stone Yard, and begins walking back towards their clan compound; their favorite restaurant was mostly on the way home, anyways. He stops at the entrance to the Stone Yard to smile back at his brother.

"We'll come back tomorrow and play even more! We can get you up to speed on some Raiton techniques and you can do some more Taijutsu, too!"

Ito would rush up to Atsu as he gets up, slinging his arm around the back of his neck. "Of course I'm paying. You paid last time! Plus, I wanna get mom her favorite to eat tonight." He would stop leaning on his brother as they headed out of the Stone Yard, walking their way through the streets of Iwa, smelling all of the different smells and seeing all the different shops and what not. Even though he didn't have too much to spend, he always wants to spoil mom as much as possible. And that is his plan tonight. "Luckily mom doesn't cook until we get home for the day, since we like to cook together. That's always so fun, hehe" A large grin sprawls across the entirety of his face immediately after he says this. Thinking back to the first time they ever offered to help and she let them. It was such a memorable day that it became daily routine. This alone helped them grow closer as a family, which is in direct connection to the relationship they have with each other as twins. Such a strong bond of love and commitment. One that was not felt too much from their father, though the two of them have different views on him as a whole, even to this day. Nonetheless, as things are right now, there is nothing that could separate this family dynamic.
