Dedication to One's Craft

Kiyoshi's trip to the market was a quick and effective one, he would gather the items he would need for his next group of tasks and with it be ready to start his work. Returning to his workshop aka his basement apartment he was lucky enough to find he would set down the bag of items he bought, while most of what he bought was clay the first things he would grab would be the two items he bought that was not clay.

Grabbing the unit of steel and the unit of coal he had purchased; he began the process of crafting himself a Kiln. This was a simple construction of course and would not take him hardly any time to complete, once he was done he would be able to move on to what he was really wanting to do, but for now this was needed first.

Crafting:

The Kiln now complete it was time to start working the clay, he would start shaping it for now to take on his own appearance for the first of his collection of figurines. Once he was finished shaping it, he would be able to throw it into the kiln to harden faster rather than having to wait for it to slowly dry out. This would of course speed up the process and would allow him to use them sooner than normal and a smile formed as he began to shape the clay foot, it would still take him time to finish this of course, but for now he was at peace creating his clay figurine.

Crafting:

With his first Clay figurine completed, Kiyoshi set the finished product within his kiln to harden, the process wouldn't take long and he didn't want to let it over cook and crack either, but he would have enough time to sculpt another Figurine. This time he would shape it into a wolf, in comparison to the clay figurine of himself it would appear to be a dire wolf in size scale, but it would be a simple wolf, if not a base to model a future puppet off of. Though for now he would simply focus on the shaping of the clay to complete the figurine.

C-Rank Sculpted Figurine (Kiyoshi) Complete

Crafting:

With his wolf figurine finished, Kiyoshi would remove the Kiyoshi figurine from the kiln and set it to the side before placing the wolf figurine inside the kiln. Next, he would grab another unit of clay beginning to shape it as he did the last one into the shape of a wolf, most would find this tedious, but Kiyoshi found peace and solace in such simple creations. This wolf figurine he would attempt to make an exact replica of the first wolf so that he would have a matching pair of wolf figurines to go with his Kiyoshi figurine, now determined that he would one day make them into Puppets.

Crafting:

With the second wolf sculpted figurine finished he would remove the first from the kiln and sit it next to his Kiyoshi figurine before placing the second within the kiln. He was about to start on another figurine when an idea popped into his head, followed closely by another and then another. There were so many ideas flowing through his mind he couldn't keep up with them all, until he decided he needed to make another market run for some supplies for his new ideas. Leaving the second wolf in the kiln, Kiyoshi ran down the street to the market bought the items he was missing and made it home in time to pull the figurine from the kiln before it overcooked. Sitting it down with the other two Kiyoshi began his work on creating some pens, they were simple creations and wouldn't take him long at all to finish, then he could make his notebooks for keeping ideas within.

Crafting:

With the 10 pens created Kiyoshi only needed something to write on now, some pocketbooks would be perfect for such a task. Taking the wood and leather that he just purchased from the market, Kiyoshi would begin his work on making five pocket sized notebooks that he could use to keep track of his various ideas so that they did not get lost or forgotten. Like with the pens, this was a simple task and would not take him long to complete, the hardest part of is all was processing the wood into paper for the notebook but even that did not take that long. Once he was done with that, he would move back to working the more complicated things like his ideas for goggles.

Crafting:

With his notebooks now done, as well as the pens. Kiyoshi would take this time to make a few notes for ideas he was having before sitting them down and grabbing the polymer and glass he had purchased, it was time for him to make some goggles to protect his eyes while he was out and about, tired of the tears that formed in his eyes when he moved with the mobility suit. With the goggles his eyes would be protected, and he would still be able to see, he would make it so they tinted themselves as well so that when it was bright out, he could still see, but they would untint at night so that they didn't obscure his vision. It was slowly all coming together now.

Crafting:

As Kiyoshi finished the goggles, he would let out a sigh of annoyance with himself as he realized he needed to make yet another trip to the marketplace to grab some more materials that he had forgotten. So, focused on the current task that he did not think about the next one. He really needed to work on that. Still, he would put on his freshly made goggles and head back to the market grabbing more supplies yet again from a vendor who now knew his name and told him he would see him again soon. Once he was back he would begin working on the next idea that had popped into his head, a Stuffed animal. A small teddy bear, most would find it stupid but some might buy it and even if they don't buy it he could find some use for it.

Crafting:

Finishing the first Teddy Bear Kiyoshi would quickly move on to create a second one, they would be slightly different yet due to the simplicity of it, would take no time to complete at all. The Plastic eyes and nose the hardest part to shape out of the entire thing, the polymer substituting for the fur of an actual animal with the stuffing on the inside to give it form. If no one bought them he could always use them for one thing or another considering he could place a tag in them and use them as an exploding distraction. Finishing the teddy bear and looking at the time, Kiyoshi would decide that was enough for now and go to rest.
