Requirements: An umbrella or parasol capable of holding the user's weight.

Description: After utilizing the handseals and lifting their umbrella or parasol above themselves, the user pulls in air around themselves using Fuuton chakra to push air up into the open underside of the parasol, allowing the user to lift off of the ground with the parasol and rise up into the sky. This can also be used to float about or even travel in specific directions up to a maximum of D-rank speeds by angling the umbrella in that direction. After liftoff, the user is able to use much less Fuuton chakra to keep themselves afloat as opposed to lifting off.
Weaknesses: A character using this technique must keep at least one limb occupied by holding the parasol, and they are not able to utilize other Wind Release techniques while this one is in use, at the risk of plumetting to the ground due to the sudden shift in wind currents that would be caused by utilizing a different Wind Release technique.

Description: This technique is triggered when the user gives off chakra signals from their body by activating the technique and by having the targets look at the user's body, much like the original Genjutsu Binding technique. This genjutsu, however, does not restrict the target's speed or coordination, instead targeting their intellect, by imposing the idea that the user is simply a damsel in distress, rather than an opponent, thus causing them to drop their mental guard. Like Genjutsu Binding, the effect has a different effect depending on the opponent’s Intelligence:
Those with E-C Rank Intelligence are simply knocked out instantly.
Those with B Rank Intelligence experience a -1 tier debuff to Intelligence.
Those with A Rank Intelligence experience a -2 advantage (--) to Intelligence.
Those with S Rank Intelligence experience a -1 advantage (-) to Intelligence.
Those with X Rank Intelligence are unaffected.
Weaknesses: The user cannot move at all while this technique is active.

Hand Seals: Tiger -> (snap fingers)
Description: A technique somewhat inspired by the Uchiha clan's signature Sharingan genjutsu, or at least the E-tier ability of that genjutsu. Instead of requiring eye contact, the snapping of the fingers and hearing the snapping noise is used to trigger the genjutsu, allowing the user to broadcast thoughts, emotions, and non-verbal concepts to everyone who hears the snapping noise. Unlike the Sharingan genjutsu, this technique does not require one to activate the Sharingan in order to use this technique, making it far less intimidating for others and allowing multiple people to be able to hear these thoughts at the same time. The range of the technique is the maximum range before the genjutsu can no longer reach anyone that heard the snapping sound.
Weaknesses: The user cannot control who is capable of listening in on the genjutsu; everybody that hears the snapping noise will be brought into the genjutsu and allowed to intercept those broadcasted thoughts, emotions, and non-verbal concepts. The user also cannot determine who is or is not in the genjutsu, nor can information be sent back to the user, this genjutsu only broadcasts information and doesn't inherently allow the user to receive any information back.

Description: This technique surrounds the user in a swirling mass of green Fuuton chakra, forming something like a thin tornado around them. This wind chakra is capable of deflecting most attacks below A-rank in power other than Katon techniques. Due to the speed of the swirling wind, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and Bukijutsu techniques have to break through the technique before they can deal damage to the user inside. The wind is also spinning swiftly enough and with such a high concentration of chakra that doujutsu cannot see into or out of the squall itself.
Weaknesses: Katon techniques of B-rank or higher are instead increased in power by one rank when they make contact with this technique (this can uniquely boost a Katon technique's power from A-rank to S-rank, but cannot boost to X-rank or higher) making this jutsu very dangerous.

Those with A Rank Intelligence experience a -2 advantage (--) to Intelligence.
Those with S Rank Intelligence experience a -1 advantage (-) to Intelligence.
Those with X Rank Intelligence are unaffected.
This effect lasts for a maximum of 2 posts and has a countdown of 2 posts before the genjutsu is active, unless the technique is ended prematurely via pain or Genjutsu Kai.
Weaknesses: The user cannot move at all while this technique is active.
