Phiwa has scraggy long black hair with a stiff long nose, golden sharp eyes with long eyelashes, and two tufts of hair poking upwards, almost creating a long dog eared look. He is roughly built with brownie coffee colored skin.

At a young age Phiwa was shown to be rather aggressive and with Ryuutei blood coursing through his veins this would only raise concern from others that encountered him. His temper was extremely short and his answer to everything was to hit it as hard as he could until it gave up, ran, or became his next meal. This violent personality would persist until a chance encounter with the only person Phiwa would truly see as some sort of parental figure, although the man's name has been lost to time. As their time together grew so did Phiwa both mentally and physically. He had gone from a small yet explosive little thing, to a respectful young man. Sadly, it wasn't in his destiny to live a life of peace and yet again phiwa found himself in another dire situation. A surprise attack from a group of bandits would leave him and his mentor seperated, and in a desperate attempt to rescue the one person that had shown him a path that was sure to lead him to a peaceful life he would throw away most of his progress. Allowing his natural urges to slowly seep into his mind whilst he fought with the little strength that was left in him from the initial attack. he ended up barely making it in time just to see his mentor in combat with one of those pitiful bandits, but unfortunately, he wasn't fast enough. Watching that bandit strike down the man that had helped him redeem himself caused something in his mind to shift. He felt different, as if there was no longer a restraint on the amount of carnage he could deliver to this thing that had took the one thing he cared for. The scent of blood only caused him to delve deeper into this more primitive mindset, and soon enough he had finished off the bandit and cleaned the meat from every bone on his body.

Within the Ryuutei, Phiwa is yet to make a real name for himself. His peers seem to have done quite fine on their own but he felt as if he was missing something. Because of this it was hard for him to find a real outlet for all his mental unrest. Training mainly focused on his overall physique and strength as he wished to one day be heralded in as a sort of legend of his clan, and without the looks to match what would be the point? He had figured that to successfully fill the metaphorical hole within himself, he'd dedicate his very being to his clan.
Personality: Phiwa is a confident man by nature, giving him a sense of pride. Not arrogance or Self Centeredness. Phiwa wants to be well known within his clan, being among the best or known clansmen, a zealot if you will. He takes pride in what his clansmen want and he will do whatever it takes to bring what they want and need. He enjoys fighting but not aggressively, almost as a bloodlust, making him become excited. Phiwa has a sadistic nature to him, however he keeps it under control, allowing it to come out when needed. Phiwa enjoys drinking at night, a social drinker but he becomes rowdy when he drinks a lot. With men, Phiwa tends to give off a dominant demeanor, almost challenging them if they were to do something already. Not as a way to humilate them but as a way to gauge his abilities. With women, Phiwa, depending on who they are, he can be competitive with some women but he is overall calm and less prideful, more laid back.

Monstrous Chakra

Compared to other humans, Ryuutei are well known for their immense chakra reserves and stamina. This is due to the diluted Bijuu chakra floating through their networks, and it causes several side effects. Granting them + to their Stamina, and causing anyone that senses their chakra to feel something more akin to the Matatabi than a human.
Feline Traits

Ryuutei have natural weapons in the form of their retractable claws and fangs. These weapons are C-Rank quality and hardness and are retractable. Fangs are up to two inches long each and can retract to an inch in length. Claws are up to four inches long and can retract until their points barely overhang from their fingertips. They also have an improved sense of smell comparable to a feline, allowing for scent-based roleplay and a + to their Perception.
Feral Progression

Some Ryuutei are born with abnormal amounts of the Bijuu chakra within them, generally due to their side of the family having cannibalized itself causing the diluted chakra to steadily build up within the branch until it was passed down and condensed into the character. This can also be acquired by eating large quantities of other Ryuutei, heavy chakra users (individuals with A-Rank or higher stamina), or Bijuu flesh. By doing so their raw chakra, as well as feral traits all are enhanced even further than normal. This grants the Ryuutei a further + to their Stamina and Perception.
Unbreaking Claws
EXP Cost: 500 EXP
Through extensive abuse of their claws and fangs, constantly using them against opponents and hard materials, the Ryuutei's body will naturally adjust over time. This causes their natural weapons to steadily grow stronger, causing them to become A-Rank quality and hardness. Their teeth and claws infinitely regrow, the speed of such being equal to one IC day per rank of stamina that they have. The claws are also capable of having Chakra Flow used through them even if the Ryuutei doesn't know the technique.
Ryuutei Eye:
Phiwa has learned to be a quick learner of his own clans Taijustu Techniques, making his word count decreased by 50%. However, non Ryuutei Taijutsu Techniques are harder to understand, making them cost 50% more.
