Peragus was in a meeting in the Land of Tea, the minor nation just south of the Land of Fire and the one that he himself personally owned. He had been there for about two weeks now, working to suppress the criminal elements throughout the country and ensure that the populace could fend for itself if Masae or himself were not there to see to its population's protection. Already he was working on training some defenders. Teaching them some basic shinobi techniques and helping them work out and build the strength, speed, coordination, and stamina in order to be able to fend for themselves and defend their home. The bandits, kidnappers, pirates, and all around brigands had come out of the woodwork. Attempting to take advantage of the nations lack of defenders.
Peragus himself had gotten word of the situation and left Hanabi with instructions and the knowledge that he would be here for a time. Though he would be visiting her often for meals and all around to spend time with his love. There hadn’t been a moment of time that she had not been in his thoughts and he had every intention of going to see her tonight. Right after the meeting was over he intended to travel to her and surprise her. An idea already forming in his head for how to go about doing it too.
The man he was in a meeting with was none other than Senjiro Iwatami, and he was the captain of the force Peragus was working to train. At least in part working to do so anyway. His time was pretty thoroughly split between working with them and going out to actually deal with some of the brigands and criminal scum that was infesting his country. Which meant he needed someone competent to handle things here in his absence. That someone was none other than Senjiro, who took Peraguses plans and intentions and turned them into reality. At the moment the man was giving Peragus a run down of the progress of the individual squad leaders.
Senhime was progressing nicely but still had issues with her temper and constantly wanting to prove herself.
Sousuke was as calm and rational as ever and kept a tight ship but seemed to need motivation.
Heijiro was as calm and reliable as could be with both talent and motivation to use it. He was of course Senjiro’s second. The squads broke down beneath them into assault, support and scouting respectively. Senjiro was just finishing up when he saw a telltale smirk on Peraguses face, know full well what it meant. “Intent upon spending the night in Konoha sir?” He would asked, a knowing smile on his face. “Why Senjiro, what a personal question to ask.” Peragus would say in response with a knowing grin. With that Senjiro would bow, then take his leave. This left Peragus alone. Standing up Peragus moved to the center of the room, not really needing to but doing it anyway. Then he activated a technique that Hanabi literally would not be able to see coming.
The Hiding in Camouflage technique was an incredible jutsu that hid the user from view from everyone that did not have an absurdly high perceptive capability. It would physically hide him from view fully and make him unable to be seen. The idea to surprise her with a bit of a jumpscare. Not that his next jutsu didn’t do that on it’s own. But this time he could play around with it. Activating his monarchs providence in his boots he teleported away. His usual cheeky grin on his features.

Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert manoeuvres but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment (a base of A Rank Perception or above). The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision (Dojutsu) or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users (an additional training 1,000 word count and must have possession of the Sensory skill), who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it.

Description: Before the Flying Thunder God Technique can be performed, users must first mark a target with their "technique formula". The formula is applied after the merest touch; it will remain in place even after the user has died. In order to apply the mark, the user needs to spend 5 Chakra Points. Like with most Fuuinjutsu, the technique is only as strong as the mind applying the formulas.
The number of active formula tags varies thus according to the user's Intelligence:

These tags and limits are shared amongst the user and any possible clones/iterations of the user. No cloning technique doubles these limits, ever.
By entering a dimensional void, users can instantly teleport to a technique formula's location whenever they please, regardless of distance. This has a base cost of 15CP within a 250 meters radius. Any larger distance has a base cost of 20 CP. Anything that the user is holding, contacting, or that is linked with their chakra may teleport with them, but this requires additional chakra to do. Generally speaking, clothes and ninja tools being held by the user or kept in the user's pouches do not cost extra chakra to teleport. However, teleporting ninja tools which do not belong to the user or people has an added cost of 10CP regardless of distance.
Users can choose to teleport to a different location than the objects/people, or they can teleport objects/people without teleporting themselves. If the user teleports an object/person and not themselves, the added cost is 15CP. If the user teleports itself and an object to different places, the added 10CP is always paid regardless of who owns the object.

When teleporting, the user maintains the body shape they had when they teleported, although they may prepare their angles. What this means essentially is that the user will be static, but that their body can be rotated in any direction for the teleport. So if someone teleported while pointing a finger, they would arrive at their destination in the exact same position. But they could angle their body to choose where the finger would be pointing at.
