Sun and Sand

Son'Rei would move through the streets of the village hidden in stone with a slight spring in his step, though the past years had been rough, recent events had allowed the young Fuijo to see the light at the end of the tunnel so to speak. Having finally reconnected with his clan, he had been shocked to see them in such disarray. Having been leaderless since the fall of Sunagakure, the clan was simply trying to survive. The hidden stone village had assisted them greatly, providing them with a compound and the necessities to live, but they were not thriving. He called upon the clan and took charge with the claim that if they followed him, he would return them to Sunagakure and the Fuijo would be amongst the great clans once more. There was one elderly woman who stepped forward, one who had fled the sand village before the massacre that saw to the end of the elders of Sunagakure. The woman had the respect of the entire clan, not because of her age nor because her son had been the former leader, but because she was the one that had brokered the deal with the Tsuchikage to form the new district within their land and had done everything she could to help their people. The woman would present Son'Rei with two of the three treasures of the clan, having belonged to her son, these items were meant for the leader of the clan and to be presented with them, Son'Rei knew that the clan would accept him. While the third treasure was likely lost or stolen during the sack of the sand village, having the Sunforged Blade and the Aegis of the Desert Child was more than satisfying.

Walking through the village, Son'Rei could feel the eyes of the villagers upon him. The Aegis wasn't exactly something someone would normally wear in such a cold mountainous terrain, it was something that was more common with the desert of the land of Wind. Of course, the weather was of little concern to Son'Rei, the cold never really affected him considering he always ran hot. The Sunforged Blade would be strapped to his waist, in its sheath it looked no more than a normal Tanto, that would change if he had to draw the blade but he wasn't planning on using it today. Just having these treasures made Son'Rei feel as though he could actually keep his promise and lead his people back to the land of Wind and the village hidden in the sand, he felt closer to the desert now than he had in several weeks. Moving into the stone yard once more, Son'Rei would slowly look around as he debated where he would be starting his training today.

Yamato was bored as he walked though the streets of the hidden stone village. As he was walking a lot of people made it there aim to walk opposite side of the street them he was walking. A lot of people especially those of iwa did not understand the kazahana clan very well, some called them demons. A pure blooded kazahana like him self had blood red hair and with the rings around there eyes people said that they was cursed. Yamato did not care honestly, he did not care for the people of iwa much nor much of that talk of being cursed. 

Yamato walked down to stone yard where he would some times just come to stand for hours and looking into the distance. one day Yamato wishes that he could help rebuild suna so his people and the clans of suna could return back to where they belonged. As he walked into the stone yard he noticed that some one else was also there, he had never seen this man before but he gave off a presence that felt like suna. Yamato stands at 5 feet 11 inches tall, he has short blood red hair that he keeps brushed back, and it gives off the raven look. He has ice blue eyes and from his neck up to his nose he has it wrapped up in bandage.He wears a tight black long sleeved shirt then over that he has a sleeveless brown, long tailed vest that has a hood. The tail of his vest extends down to the heels of his feet. He has black pants that come down to his shins, and then from there, down is wrapped in a white bandage. He wears a pair of boots that have the toes showing. then, lastly, he carries a gourd on his back to carry his sand in.

Son'Rei would slowly go through the motions as he practiced a technique, this particular one was giving him a hard time. Of course, all fuuton techniques tended to give the male a hard time, but this one in particular seemed more so than others. It wasn't so much the hand seals that was giving him the trouble, it was the concentration of the fuuton chakra. There was two ways of using the technique and he had to assume that it was the reason he was having such a trouble, he could make a stream of wind around him that could push people away from him or increase the speed that his projectiles moved. It should also allow him to increase his own movement, but every time he tried it would fail causing him to kick the earth in frustration. Forming the string of four hand seals once more, Son'Rei would clasp his hands together once more attempting to launch himself forward at a high speed only for it to fail yet again. Frustration filled him, more with himself than the technique that he was trying. Why couldn't he get it, it shouldn't be this hard, should it. Taking a deep breath to try to calm himself down, Son'Rei would pace in a circle for a minute before settling to attempt the technique once again. Forming the four hand seals once more, Son'Rei was about to clasp his hands together again when he saw a man enter the stone yard with a gourd on his back. He knew of a clan from Suna that carried such gourds and it got his mind thinking that the man might be from that clan, his surprise from the man arriving caused him to clap his hands instead of clasp and he was suddenly shot forward at B-Rank Speed. The sudden movement actually caught him off guard and it took him a little bit to realize where he had messed up before, after regaining his bearings, Son'Rei would move towards the newcomer. "Hello there, I am Son'Rei Fujio. I am sorry to intrude, but I was wondering are you of the Kazehana clan of Sunagakure?" Son'Rei would call out to the man with a friendly smile as he approached him.

As Yamato slowly walked in to the stone yard the red haired ninja could see that the other guy in the large stone courtyard was busy trying to learn a new jutsu. From the looks of it the jutsu was of the wind variety. You normally did not see many ninja from the hidden stone village practice wind jutsu, if fact besides the kazahana or the rare few that had dust release you didn't know many stone ninja to have wind style. 

The ninja saw me walking down towards them and so they waved and introduced them selfs as Son'rei fuijo. Yamato knew of this clan, just like of the kazahana they was born and raised in suna at least that was how it used to be before iwa took over. Now iwa ninja and suna ninja was having to live together some was happy tho he knew some that was not. He had asked Yamato if he was of the kazahana clan. 

Yamato was not much of a speaker so Yamato would shake his head yes to acknowledge what he said. It was nice tho to meet another person who's clan resides in the desert land of suna like his own.

The Kazehana did not say anything, simply nodding to answer his question. Though before he arrived in Iwagakure, he would have thought that not speaking or actually introducing themselves was rude, since his arrival within the stone village he has had many encounters with form Suna residence that did not speak. The reason for the lack of speaking varied from person to person, but in the heart of it Son'Rei knew it was because they had lost their homeland and now it was simply a pile of ruins. "I understand the pain of the loss of our homeland, but fret not friend. I will lead us back to the desert one day, stay strong and continue to be patient, the sun will rise over Sunagakure again." His promise to his clan when he claimed leadership of it was that he would lead them back to the desert, since then he had promised many others the same thing. It was almost as if he was running a campaign for Kage or something, which in a way he was, if he was to be the Kazekage one day he would need the support of its people. "You need not speak, though if you wish we can allow our actions on the training field to speak for us. There is no greater way to know a person, than to face them in a friendly spar."

Yamato listened to sonrei and he was told that he understood Yamato pain but that he planned on getting every one's home land back in the land of wind. It would seem that both him self and this sonrei guy had a similar goal for there people by getting back the land of suna. 

" It would seem that we have the same goal for our people of suna. Apologies for not introducing my self. I am Yamato Kazahana." 

Sonrei told Yamato that he did not have to answer him but he asked the young kazahana if he wanted to have a friendly spar. The issue for Yamato was that he did not just rush into these kind of situations with out firmly thinking it over. He was not sure how strong sonrei was, was he a genin a chunin or a jonin. Was he wanting to spar cause he thought he could beat Yamato or was he just one of those that liked to fight a lot. He did not see a issue in having a friendly spar, after all how else was Yamato gonna get stronger if he did not fight other ninja and train. Getting combat experience was always good, it would give you a idea how a real fight was and it would prepare you for when you did have a real fight. 

" A friendly spar ha, I don't see why not. This will be good for me." 

Yamato said to sonrei as he smiled under his face wrappings.

It would seem tho that before son'rei and Yamato could start there training something had come up to cause him to leave. Yamato was a little disappointed but that was the case when it came to ninja, you never knew when you was gonna have to leave out for business or even missions. The young Kazahana would say goodbye to his new acquaintance as he went off to do some training.
