So, idk why the Chakra Disruption Device was apped the way it was or better yet why it was approved. it is nothing like how the wiki describes the device to be, but rather a way to make normal armor absorb chakra like the snow chakra armor, only a higher grade. I would like to app it as the way the device should be.

Description: An experimental tool of Yukigakure designed to be the ultimate tool for absorbing chakra, this device absorbs the chakra of a captured target when it is applied. The device also creates a force field surrounding it, which prevents it from being either removed or destroyed. Description: This is a piece of technology that can be added into an existing item. Techniques A-Rank and below that are initiated within a 30m range of the device will automatically fail. To be clear, this doesn't mean once already cast techniques enter the range of the device they will dissipate, it means that if someone attempts to cast the jutsu while in range it simply will not work and the chakra will have been wasted. The chakra will not disappear into the ether however, it will be siphoned off into the device and added to the user's own reserves. The device can absorb the equivalent of up to 5 A-Rank techniques (but never S-Ranks). After absorbing the equivalent of 5 A Rank Jutsu, it loses its absorption perks for the rest of the thread. Once the thread has been exited the device will then re-calibrate and be ready to absorb again in the next thread.
The device is automatically calibrated to Shimiko's chakra and thus does not affect her techniques, it can also be easily adjusted to calibrated to that of her allies chakra mid-thread so that it does not effect them either.
A direct hit from a large burst of chakra (S-Rank) from an Entity Leveled Restricted can temporarily short circuit the device. It will cease working for 7 posts before it will reboot.
