Character Personality: Despite being born into the noble Hyūga Clan, Nao does not hold himself to the same standing as them, many believe it is due to the fact that he was shunned by the majority of the Hyūga. His appearance made them look down upon him as if he was less than, rather than let that stop him however he built himself up through it. Nao does not believe himself to be noble, but more of a guard dog to his clan. He loves and respects his clan, despite their hate, and would willingly die for them if needed. He believes that he was meant to be born this way, in order to do the things that the Clan proper should not dirty their hands with. Nao is notably calm, especially in combat generally acting indifferent, bordering on arrogance, to most situations he is faced with. Nao rarely views his opponent as being worth his time, however has a great respect for those that push him to his limits or defeat him. Neo enjoys a good fight, as it gives him the chance to show off his skills, and he believes fighting is what he was meant for. He will often hold back in a fight to make it last longer when he is having fun, however he will end the fight if his opponent does not fight back as there is no fun in defeating someone who cannot defend themselves. He can be brutal, but rarely aims to kill an opponent, unless ordered to do so or he deems it truly necessary. Nao does not speak much, and when he does it is soft-spoken, instead he believes actions speak the loudest.
Character History: Nao was born the first and only child of Rei Hyūga, the identity of his father is unknown. Born with a strange abnormality that caused a mutation in his blood turning his eyes purple and his hair white. Rei was thrown in disgrace, force to live at the far edge of the clan district as a result of her polluting the bloodline. For a time, she claimed that the father was a Hyūga by the name of Lucian, however no such man existed. Raised in exile alone with his mother, Nao would learn pride and honor for the hyūga despite their dislike of the young boy. When they would go out to the market, many times the hyūga would spit at their feet as they passed, and no hyūga would speak to either of them. His mother would teach him jūken as well as how to utilize the Byakugan, however on his thirteenth birthday his mother would pass from this world. With his mother now gone, Nao was on his own and decided to forge a path as a Shinobi. Joining the academy, he quickly rose to the top of his class in hand to hand combat, even defeating a few from the hyūga clan proper. When he graduated the academy, the hyūga council of elders called him before them. They didn't like the idea of him in their presence, but they also could not risk the Byakugan even a tainted one such as his to fall into enemy hands. The elders would brand the male with a unique seal upon his forehead, that would destroy the Byakugan if he died but also ensured that he would never stand against the Hyūga as it allowed them to discipline him when he got out of line. Nao never lost the teachings of his mother and held firm to the belief that he was there for a reason, willingly serving the hyūga for the sake of bringing honor to the clan even if that meant doing the jobs that the hyūga deemed was beneath them.

- Impure: Nao is not like other Hyūga do to some unknown impurity within him, this impurity causes the normal white eye of the Byakugan to hold a purple hue instead. This is cosmetic and has no effect on mechanics.
- Half Seals: Nao may weave hand seals with only one hand. This results in a one tier loss of Coordination for that hand regarding hand seals.
- Hasten: Nao can channel chakra into his legs to increase his overall speed by 1-tier, however moving faster than what he is use to lowers his perception by 1-tier. This cost 5 chakra to activate, and cannot be used to boost his speed above A.
- Coordinated: Nao can channel chakra throughout his body, using it to stimulate his muscles allowing him to react faster increasing his coordination by 1-tier, however with his focus on his muscles he doesn't think about what he is doing lowering his intelligence by 1-tier. This cost 5 chakra to activate, and cannot be used to boost his Coordination above A.
- Innate Knowledge: Nao was born with an innate knowledge, he starts with an additional 850 exp, however this causes a experience debt. All generated experience must go towards paying off that experience debt before it can be applied anywhere else.
