Each post, the affected has one of their limbs melt and unable to be regenerated. The poison cannot kill or place unconscious. The poison's user can choose the limb order if they possess ijutsu. If multiple dosages are used, the poison is the type that gets worse the higher the quantity, and thus an extra limb is removed immediately for each extra dosage.

Fuinjutsu and S-rank base intelligence is required to use it. It looks like blood that alternates it's shape and can be picked up.
Effects: Talent Taker copies the talents of a touched target, and creates a living seal.
- The wielder gains access to the target's memories in the seal, and the memories can be combed through by type at the rate of Psycho Mind Transmission. As long as the user's class allows it, they can learn 1 jutsu or crafting during each ongoing topic, even if those have never been used IC by the target.
- The wielder can sacrifice 1 quantity to seal an Entity or Enhanced State, and then transfer that seal to a touched item or target. Any requirements for experience investment are avoided, such as having an alignment. If the wielder seals during an ongoing topic, the lowest base level can be used for one topic without paying experience or updating.
Entities require restraining or beating PC and NPC the normal way, or by breaking a seal by Intelligence comparison over posts. Enhanced States only require contact.

The chemical's X-rank, so it'd be close to an Artifact or half a Restricted. Master Craftsmen's an Enhanced State, and Chemistry uses consumables unlike the other fields
