It wasn't long since she had finished her meeting with the Lord Hokage that she had received word from the gatekeepers of someone requesting entry. This person introduced themselves as Diana from Iwagakure; the Tsuchikage. A lot of people claiming to be kages at the gates today -- must be a popular destination. She returned to the gates with her Byakugan activated as she approached the gates, seeing a rather small chakra pool. Tilting her head, she approached the gate as a guard turned to look towards her. "Ma'am," before walking away, leaving Airi face-to-face with the Tsuchikage.
"My apologies for leaving you here for so long. I had to escort someone else prior to arriving. My name is Airi Ohara and for what reason would we host the Tsuchikage?" she asked politely. It was a stark contrast to how she was introduced to the Raikage and his twin sister. She was aware that she would force the Tsuchikage to repeat herself, but she would rather hear it from the Tsuchikage's lips, herself.
Airi began to slowly form a series of handseals. "Please do not be alarmed, I'm merely recording this for both of our safety," she said as she slowly performed the Snake, Bird, and Hare handseals. Her Byakugan began appear to have numbers falling from it for a brief moment, now beginning to record their interaction. Now that she was recording, she turned to look towards Diana, keeping most of her attention on her while also keeping a look-out on both of their surroundings.

With the Byakugan active, the user is capable recording a video based off of what they see. The recording will appear EXACTLY as the user sees it. This includes the near 360° field of view. The magnification is how the video will appear when they are recording. When the user is recording, their Byakugan gets green glints moving down their byakugan. The user is capable of memorizing certain amount of videos based off of their Intelligence:

All recordings must have links for the beginning of the recording and placed in their Tracker. The user may also turn off the recording at will. The user may also delete the video from their brain at will.WEAKNESS
The Byakugan Blindspot will appear as a black spot in the recording
The recording will end the moment the user ends the recording or when the user's brain ceases to function.
Those capable of brainwashing or extracting information out of someone's mind are capable of pulling the entire recording out of the user's mind. This can be performed on a corpse as the recording remains upon a perfectly in-tact brain, even if the brain has died.
Those capable of changing memories are capable of altering what is being recorded. Capable of editing who participated in the recording and what events occurred.
If the user has too many videos stored in their brains and they make new recordings, the oldest recording will be overwritten.
Will only record audio that the user can hear
If the user's Intelligence falls below their current intelligence and they have the maximum number of Videos stored, they will lose access to the most recent video(s) recorded. These lost videos will be considered lost forever. The user must indicate which stored videos will be lost.
