Having returned to the village of Konoha with her twin brother years prior, Tsukiyo begun her rise in power and through the ranks along side Tengoku, and etched her way into the world, carving a name for herself. Soon enough, by the time she became Jounin, whispers of the 'Crimson Moon of the Leaf' had begun to spread, and grew to a title she'd be recognized by.

Unique Abilities

--Master Genjutsu Caster: With a natural gift it seems for performing Genjutsu, and putting her powerful mind to her skill in Genjutsu, Tsukiyo has learned to use Seal-less Genjutsu, not requiring the use of hand seals to perform Genjutsu techniques. If a particular Genjutsu's trigger is the target viewing the user's hand seals, seeing the user's eyes will trigger the Genjutsu instead.

--Single Handed Seals: Having a high degree of control over her chakra, and the manipulation of it, Tsukiyo is able to perform single handed seals, but not as quickly as she can form seals with two hands, resulting in a -1 tier to coordination in regards the single handed hand seals.

--One with Nature: Tsukiyo has a natural connection to the world around her and the animals that inhabit it. Due to her high intelligence and being 'One' with Nature itself, she has gained an understanding of how to communicate with the animals she is closest to. Tsukiyo can communicate with and vaguely understand specifically Wolves and Hawks. To do this she must enter a state that brings her closer to nature, and while within this state that allows her to communicate with Wolves and Hawks, she is unable to process and understand human language until she comes out of this state.

--Second Wind: By taking in a deep and controlled breath, and letting it out smoothly, she is able to revitalize her body to a degree, and give herself a small recovery to her Stamina. This restores 25% of Tsukiyo's chakra reserves, but only may be used once per battle. If she uses her Second Wind, the effects of exhaustion are doubled and applied instantly. If she reaches the point she no longer would be effected by exhaustion (A in Stamina) she will only suffer normal exhaustion effects instead.

--Experienced Teacher: Tsukiyo has a sharp mind, and it has helped her be able to help others learn quicker then normal. Tsukiyo's student's, as well as team members at least 1 rank below her when on a mission with Tsukiyo as team leader, gain an additional +5 experience per post. Tsukiyo, focusing on helping others, doesn't learn as much during this, loosing -5 experience per post when threading with students or leading a team of lower ranked shinobi.

--Crafting Expert: Tsukiyo is highly intelligent and able to apply herself to craft items of a higher quality than normal. She may craft an item one rank higher than what their current experience or skill set allows. But materials cost 150% (50% more).

--Wolves Fangs: One of her two 'mutations', Tsu has 'fangs', her Canine Teeth extended to triple normal length and very sharp. This gives her no real advantage, minus maybe a more painful bite if she happened to do such an action. (Cosmetic)

--Unique Markings: While giving no effect, Tsukiyo's markings on her cheeks are effected by her mood, and shift between Blue and Red depending on her emotional state. (Cosmetic)
