Description: A basic Ranton jutsu, something easy to teach to or learn by a newer Ranton user. With a single hand seal, the user will thrust out the palm of their dominate hand, and fire out a fairly quick energy beam in a straight line. This energy beam is mean to be a quick defensive tactic rather then a focused offensive attack, although it does have a sting. The user may fire up to 3 of these in succession off the original Hand seal, but each use has the activation cost, maxing at 15CP for all 3 uses. If hit it will reduce the victim's Coordination by -- for 3 rounds.
Weaknesses: Those with Fuuton chakra are able to ward off the debuff more quickly, only effected for 1 round as their chakra fights off the effects. Those with B Con or higher are un-effected by the fairly weak beam.

Description: The user focuses Raiton chakra through their legs, using the Lightning to enhance the muscle's and allow the user to push off the ground much harder for the purposes of running. This results in the user gaining +1 Tier to their Speed. If moving A or higher speed, the wake of the user cutting through the air is enough to knock those without C tier Strength back within 5m of the user's running path--giving the Jutsu its name.
Weaknesses: C tier Strength and up can stand in the wake of the user rushing past them with no issue.

Description: Seen as the official 'beginner' jutsu for the Inazuma clan for those just learning the ability to create energy beams, this is a basic Ranton jutsu, the user forming the hand signs, holding the final Rat sign as a Halo of energy surrounds their wrist, before focusing into a beam. This beam is like Laser Circus, but weaker, and unable to split into multiple beams, always 1 solid beam but able to bend like Laser Circus can. For an upkeep cost per beam, the user may fire 5 beams in succession, but they fire in straight lines with no control over their direction.
Weaknesses: Wind jutsu D-Rank or higher will nullify the jutsu.

Description: Happening in a flash, the user is able to channel their Ranton chakra into their weapon, the blade coming to life as a powerful energy blade, coating it in Ranton energy--a bright blue by default, but able to be a different color depending on the user's chakra, giving some a more unique hue. This is wielded by the user to fight their enemy, the blade having a powerful plasma cutting effect. The blade is extra effective against other metal weapons and armored opponents, it does +1 Tier (B Tier) damage to metal weapons and armor due to the plasma cutting effect.
The user may use this jutsu without a blade, forming the energy blade out of the Ranton chakra itself from their hand, taking the shape of a weapon of the user's choosing made of Ranton. While handy in a tight spot, it is -1 Tier less effective due to not being channeled through a solid blade. nor has any advantage over metal equipment.
Weaknesses: While this can easily sever limbs and slice into those who's body's are not akin to steel themselves, any wounds are instantly cauterized. There are no lasting bleeding effects to wounds caused by this jutsu. Without a real blade to channel the jutsu through, it is -1 Tier in effectiveness (D Tier), and does not gain any advantage against metal equipment.

Description: The user laces their fingers together while holding their arm with the Resonating Echo Speaker aimed at their target. By channeling chakra through the gauntlet it can be seen expelling from the holes of the gauntlet, and sends out an ear piercing sound. Anyone caught in a cone extending out 20m from the gauntlet's aim is attacked by this sound, the note perfect to effect the target's senses greatly. This results in negative 2 advantages (--) to Coordination and Perception, as the sound rattles the fluids within the eyes to blur their vision, and throws off their sense of balance. Due to the user's connection to the gauntlet producing the sound, it counteracts these vibrations, leaving the user unaffected by the jutsu.
Weaknesses: If someone has a way to completely protect their ears, it may become ineffective. Using hands to cover ears does not work.

Description: The Ranton user channels their chakra into the gauntlet, the user's Storm Release imitating a storm within and amplifying it. This lets the user blast a sonic blast from the gauntlet, a nigh invisible sound wave released as the user swings their arm, hitting with a powerful concussive force, able to cave in chests of those with lower durability levels.
Weaknesses: A Wind jutsu of C-Rank power can nullify it, canceling both jutsu out. Stronger jutsu may nullify the sonic blast, and continue on.

Description: The Ranton user will form a Ram seal and hold it an equal length of time to having formed 5 hand seals. A cloud will form very low to the ground, dark in shade and ripe with electrical energy--flashes and sparks of lightning rippling within the small cloud, lightning color up to the user's choice. The user will jump onto the cloud and be able to stand atop of it, using it as a stable platform for them to stand of sit on, the user able to take to the skies riding atop this cloud, able to carry up to 1 other 'passenger' on this cloud with them as they do. This is independent of the user and may operate from a distance within 500m to aid others in movement. The clouds use Lightning to propel them, making them potentially very quick in the right hands.
With A rank Coordination and Perception, the user may operate up to 5 of these clouds at once for an increased cost, the user having the chakra control to keep 5 working independently at once. The user may either control these themselves, or allow a rider who has at minimum C-tier Coordination to 'control/guide' these clouds, the rider themselves having to take on a 5CP upkeep cost in order to do so. For each cloud 'controlled' by another separate rider, 1CP of upkeep cost is removed from the user, as the caster no longer must exert as much chakra to upkeep each cloud. This may reduce the cost to a minimum of 6CP, as the user still must upkeep the clouds themselves even if all 5 clouds have the individual riders take on their own upkeep cost.
Weaknesses: This jutsu by itself has no offensive use. An B-Rank Wind Jutsu may disperse any of these clouds easily. This may not be used when exhausted (Under 30CP). This jutsu has a Maximum height of 250m (Refer to flight height guide) off the ground, no matter which version is used.

Description: The user will form half a tiger seal with their right hand, and extend their left hand skyward. A collection of Ranton chakra will form at their palm, a simple orb of energy. This orb will suddenly fire into the sky, shooting up to cloud-level and dispersing into the air. This will begin to form clouds even on the most clear and dry days or nights. After 1 round from the use of the technique, a storm will have formed overhead, bringing rain, lightning, and thunder. This storm will remain for the remainder of the topic, or if a full day has passed in the topic. The storm formed will only be 20km in diameter, once going 10km in any direction from the center of where the jutsu is used, you are out of the storm.
Weaknesses: This jutsu has no offensive use, justifying its lower cost. The storm does not form instantly, taking 1 round of posting before it comes into effect. An A Power wide AoE Wind jutsu may blow the storm away, but due to its size this takes 3 rounds after use for the storm to fully move on from the area.

Description: First, there must be a storm above--causing rain to fall over the area. This can be a natural storm, or one created by Ranton: Raiun ('Storm Release: Thundercloud'). If this condition is met, the user may perform this jutsu, forming a single hand seal to activate. The user requires good chakra control, requiring at least B in coordination--this may be boosted too for the purposes of the jutsu, but if it falls below B, this jutsu deactivates. Once activated the user will slowly release Ranton chakra out into the rain surrounding them, and use this chakra mixed with the rain to disturb sensory and Doujutsu abilities. This completely masks the user from The Sensing Technique, Sensors unable to sense their chakra signature, it masked perfectly by the rain. The rain also acts as a curtain against Doujutsu that is able to see Chakra, such as Byakugan and Sharingan, the user of the technique hidden in a 'mist' of their own chakra within the storm.
Weaknesses: While it does hide the exact position from Doujutsu such as the Byakugan, they can however see the curtain of chakra, giving away that someone must be emitting said chakra. This curtain of chakra is visible as a 500m wide area, giving a rough idea, but never exact position.

Description: The user will raise their palm towards the sky, and focus their Ranton energy into a spear, a bright colored orb--the same hue the user's parent technique--hovering over the user's palm before flattering out and beginning to rotate violently as the user applies an advanced shape transformation to the jutsu. This takes the equal time to performing 5 Hand Seals. Once formed the user wields a 3m wide disc of energy, and can hurl it towards their opponent, while controlling it within their range at -1 Tier of the user's coordination. They only exert enough chakra to control it, and is not feeding more energy into maintaining the blade itself, giving the disc a limited time span to use it. the user has 3 rounds to strike the opponent before the jutsu disperses on its own, and each round its power decreases by 1 Tier. This flying disc possess a razor sharp edge ready and willing to do serious farm to anyone unlucky enough to be struck by it. Typically the most bloodthirsty of Inazuma user's to use this jutsu aim for the neck of opponents, in hopes of beheading them.
Weaknesses: A Fuuton jutsu of A-Rank power may instantly nullify the jutsu. The user is only limited to 3 rounds of control before the jutsu deactivates, and each round it is -1 Tier less powerful, only B-tier power by the third round. Much like the parent jutsu, any wounds are instantly cauterized and there are no lasting bleeding effects to wounds caused by this jutsu. The further out the disc is, the more energy must be exerted to keep control over it.

Description: The user forms the required hand seal, before extending their palm of choice forward aimed towards their target. Ranton energy will halo around the user's wrist before focusing just in front of their palm, multiple beams coming together to form a bolt, or short spear, of Ranton, shaped by the user's acute control over their chakra and shape manipulation. This takes the time equal to 3 more hand seals to be formed, before it can be launched at a high rate of speed towards its target, the crackle of Lightning and a loud clap of thunder left in its wake as it is shot away from the user towards their intended target in a straight line. If hit, it hits with A-tier piercing damage.
Weaknesses: Fuuton jutsu of A-rank power may disperse this jutsu.
