Description: The user stops moving, stands still, and enters a particular stance. While in this stance, they concentrate on their surroundings to the point that they make an invisible circle around themselves up to 5 meters with their mind. When this is done, the user can strike anywhere within this short distance that is arms reach with the stance, and anyone who steps into it is attacked instantly as a reaction. Because this jutsu requires keen senses this technique boosts perception by 1 tier and it requires strength to fend of the enemies that come within the circle.
Ability boost: The user receives a boost to their perception by a tier involving the sense of smell when the user focuses the sense of smell grows stronger by cutting out the rest of the other senses one can boost the sense of smell.
Weaknesses: the weakness of this are kunai or long-range Jutsu

I'm sorry but, C-Rank jutsu are only able to boost to a maximum of 1 Tier. You have a couple of choices though you can raise the rank to B and it'll be good to go, or you can either drop the + to strength or make the perception boost a ++ instead of a tier
